"You're getting married tomorrow, Ads!" I shouted at her. 

"I know, Arri! I'm so so excited! But nervous at the same time!"

Nandito kami ngayon sa VIP room sa isang bar sa BGC. It's Adrialyn's last night as a single woman. And as her best friends we agreed to rent a private to have fun.

"Congratulations, Ads!" Min and Patty shouted, they were both holding a glass containing a cocktail.

"Guys! Let's have a toast for Ads!" Yaya ni Clara. We all raised our glasses and bumped it into each other.

"Okay, girls. Chill. Let's have a message for our soon-to-be Mrs. Malarña," Vivian said. Nagtawanan naman kasi at naupo sa mahabang couch ng room.

"Ikaw na ang mauna, Vivs. Tutal ay ikaw naman ang naka-isip," Min encouraged. Vivian nodded her head and stood in front of us.

"This will be long, Ads. Bear with me," paalala ni Vivian.

We rolled our eyes. As if namang palalagpasin ni Vivian ang pagkakataong magsalita.

"We became friends when were just a girls. Our parents were both busy so we turned to each other for comfort. As a 10 year old girl, I think of you as my bestest partner in life. We do things together. Hindi matatapos ang araw na hindi tayo magkikita. Remember that one time we've been apart for a week? As a child that was the most hellish week of my life. I remembered crying and crying and crying," Vivian laughed with that.

"Then maybe my Mom got so tired of me and decided to take me home. Pagka-park na pagka-park ng kotse namin sa garahe ay mabilis akong lumabas sa kotse at dumiretso sa bahay niyo. I slept with you that time because I missed you so much!"

"Then Clara came. We both hated her when she entered our life. Why do we need to have another friend when we were both contended with each other. Naartehan pa tayo sa kanya kasi lagi siyang nage-english at lagi siyang nagto-toyo. Wala namang pagbabago eh," Vivian sighed.

"Hey! I've changed! Hello?" Clara countered.

Vivian ignored her to continue her speech. "Then time goes by, we've learned to accept her. Min and Patty came! Our circle of friends are growing! Mas mainit ang pagtanggap natin sa kanila dahil mas naiintindihan natin ang pakikipagkaibigan. Sleep over tayo ng sleep over. Mapa kela Clara man 'yan, kela Min, wala tayong pakialam basta magkakasama tayo."

"Maski sa paglalayas-kuno natin sa USA ay hindi pa rin tayo nagkakahiwalay. Our parents were not concerned bacause they knew we've got each other backs. Hindi natin hahayaang mapahamak ang isa't-isa. Then we discovered Winsley. It gaves us the home we were always longing for. Nakatira na tayo sa iisang bahay or dorm na hindi tayo magkakahiwa-hiwalay. And them came Arrissa. Our bunso in the family," they looked at me fondly. I playfully rolled my eyes at them. Tumawa lang ang mga ito.

"You see, time flies so fast. Our surroundings have changed. There were situations that challenged our friendship. But look at us now. We are still together. We are still loving each other. Why? Because we trust each other! We don't treat each other as a friend but as a sister! Kahit hindi man tayo madalas nagkikita ay nanduon pa rin ang pagmamahal natin sa isa't-isa,". Vivian voice broke.

"I just want you to know, Adrialyn, that even Leo will be your partner in life. We will always be here as your sisters that you can relay on. Kung naguguluhan ka man sa buhay may asawa, nandito kami para magbigay ng advices kahit wala pa kaming experiences diyan. Kahit single pa kami," Vivian finished her speech with a wink. Napapunas naman si Adrialyn ng kanyang mga luha at natatawang yinakap si Vivian.
