ROSE: How was I transparent, rain fell literally through me. I thought hard, it seemed that stranger things were happening to me ever since I left the orphanage

All these thoughts though didn't take precedence, what really occupied my mind was how happy I was when I spoke out to that Victoria.

After I finally unleashed my fury as planned I stormed to a nearby shop. Once there I'd look for another exit and get the hell out of there.

I'll gladly massage Judy's feet than spend another minute with Victoria the demon.

I caught Vicky's stare when I looked back and I couldn't help but grin as I walked on.

It felt good talking back to Victoria, it felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulder for some reason and it cleared my mind a bit.

She did apologize though, regardless of whether it was sincere or not. Maybe I should go back and apologize?

I was in thought as I entered what looked like the only store in this secluded town. At least the store looked like any other shop and the items here were recognizable.

I was glad that I wasn't seeing anything strange, seeing the town at first I expected to see something strange and I was at my wit's end.

"How May I help you?" A girl about my age commented as she chewed gum indecently in front of a counter.

She had bright orange hair and freckles, she didn't look like she belonged in this town, she would've fit more in the city.

My eye caught a glimpse of a tattoo on her neck, three arrows crossed each other. I had a strange feeling I had seen it before.

"Hello?" The girl snapped her fingers in my face.

"Sorry." I stammered.

"I ain't got all day miss." She responded as she texted on her phone.

"Um...where's your washroom please?"

"It's around the back, take the first left after you pass the corridor."

"Thanks."

"That'd be 1 dollar."

"What?"

"1 dollar for using our lavatories."

"You're kidding."

Her eyes blinked slowly before she blew a big bubble with her gum and popped it.

"I don't have money on me right now."

"Yeah sure."

"I'm serious."

"Well, then you better have a spare toilet in that fancy car of yours."

I sighed in frustration "I can get you the money from the driver."

"That's the spirit."

"But I need to go now."

"Why? What's stopping you from just picking the doe and coming back. It'll take less than a minute."

I didn't want to go back and ask Vicky the demon for money. I didn't want to go back with my tail between my legs especially since I wasn't at fault, not really.

"I really have to go bad." I began fidgeting.

"Why you got a condition?"

"Yeah...um menstrual overload."

"Oh."

"Yeah"

"That some sort of disease?"

"You could say that."
