VICTORIA: The elevator began descending and I took in a deep breath. A 90s music began playing and I smiled, "Real classy"
A mirror was in the elevator and I noticed my red hair and remembered, "Well, time to change looks" I told myself as I snapped my fingers.
My red hair slowly changed brown, "Better" I said calmly. I stared at my face and body before nodding, "Not bad Vicky"
Within a minute, the number on the screen reached 696, "Welcome to the Room of Damnation" came an old voice.
Creepy.
The door opened and I was looking at an ancient looking hall, almost looked Roman. I walked calmly out, the temperature here was significantly warmer here.
"Okay Vicky, brave face, brave face"
The place looked ancient, as if I was not only in a different building but different era. Large columns towered to the ceiling in a row that led on and on.
Around me was nothing but pitch blackness, no doubt there were certain dangers if I strayed too far which meant the bartender was right.
What was practically visible was the large pavement before me, the ceiling and the columns.
I looked up and managed to see paintings of various people in red robes. I instantly recognized Modred. His hitler like appearance was uncanny.
The legendary vampire...we meet again.
It was hard trying to see the whole thing because parts of the ceilings were fractured deeply.
My eyes managed to catch sight of the Warlord symbol and I was now very cautious. The Sun, the star in the middle and the Moon.
What was the symbol of my family doing here?
Not only that but there was another painting of about eleven skulls forming a half-moon!
Three stories from three races or perhaps there were even more.
What did this all mean?
Soon enough I finally reached a different place and the floors descended down into an even hotter place. I took a courageous breath and went on.
I walked down a long spiral staircase to see two guards only guarding a black wooden door with a symbol of skulls.
One skull was human, the rest weren't and they were made to form the symbol of a half-moon.
I knew that the guards weren't ordinary for them to have just been two of them placed at the entrance.
They were dressed smartly in their tuxedos and wore dark sunglasses, once I reached them, one of them asked, ''Business or pleasure?'' I smiled.
''Business if you don't mind'' I replied, ''I'm here to see Gan'' the guards looked at each other and then proceeded to open the black door.
I took in deep breaths and kept saying in my head: Be calm Vicky.
The door opened revealing a much bigger room filled with even more people but most of them had their monstrous features.
Some had horns, others had long forked tongues, others had their eyes glowing in different colours, an insanely tall figure passed by –this was the casino for the monsters.
I walked in bravely as my eyes scanned the area, several of the magical beings here sat at their respective VIP tables smoking, drinking and laughing.
An individual resembling a cat bumped into me and glared, ''Watch were you going little girl'' he hissed as his eye pupil thinned, a changeling too?
Be calm Vicky.
