Enjoy!

Jane, Tai, Matt, Sora, Izzy, Joe and Mimi were now all in high school. Tai, Sora and Jane were practically all in the same class except for gym. Tai continued playing soccer, Matt had a new band and surprisingly Jane had some good news.

"TAI!!!!"

Jane yelled running down the hall passing the students, up ahead Tai, Matt and Sora were talking but stopped when someone called Tai's name. Tai turn around just in time when Jane jumped into his arms catching him off guard, luckily Jane was light and Tai had been working out a lot lately.

"Tai you are not going to believe this"

She said excitedly once Tai placed her down.

"What is it?"

"I got into cheerleading, yaay!"

She said happily.

"That's great Jane"

Sora said with a smile. Tai grinned at Jane at the fact she is going to now be at all his soccer games for to cheer. Matt walked up to Jane and gently nudge her with a smirk.

"Does this mean, your also gonna cheer for me at my gig?"

He asked with a slight flirt in front of Tai and Sora. Sora just smiled but Tai didn't like the sound of his voice flirting with Jane and the worst part was that Jane flirted back.

"Call me, beep me, if you wanna reach me"

She said with a wink. Tai let out a small growl at her and Matt's interaction.

"You think I could get a small sneak peek of your uniform?"

Matt asked. Jane grinned at him and placed both her hands on her hip.

"Now Matt, you know how the uniforms are, what makes mine any different?"

"You have a nice figure"

He said leaning close to her.

"You can see my figure this friday night at the soccer game"

"I wouldn't miss it for the world"

Tai felt an eye twitch and quickly got in between them.

"Okay, time to go to class. Let's go Jane"

Tai said pushing Jane away from Matt. Sora was confused at the interaction and simply ran after them.

"Hey wait for me!"

She called out.

*Friday Night School's Soccer Game*

It was already the half point of the game. Tai's team were up ahead on the lead. The referee called in a 10 minute break. It was then time for the cheerleaders to entertain the crowd. The loud music starting bumping, Tai took a drink of his water and sat at the bench and looked at the performance the cheerleaders were putting on. He saw Jane doing backflips, splits, cartwheel but most of all he couldn't turn his eyes away from her. The way her body moves to the beat of the music, the way the uniform exposes more of her body that he had yet to seen.

'She looks good better than the other cheerleaders'

Tai thought with a smile. Just then he heard shouting, he looked up to the crowd to see Matt yelling out Jane's name holding a bouquet of flowers. Tai automatically frown.

'Okay this is getting way off base. Matt is getting way to close to Jane for my taste. I need to do something about this but if I do then Jane would get mad at me for interfering just like how she doesn't interfere with me and Sora but me and Sora are only friends'

He thought sadly. As the song came to an end, the refere blew a whistle bringing Tai back down to earth. Tai shook his head angrily and went back on the fields for to get his head back in the game. After another half hour, Tai finally scored the last winning goal. The crowd happily cheered and the cheerleaders did a pyramid and threw themselves up like a confetti while the other male cheerleaders catches them with no problem. Tai was packing up his things and froze as he saw Matt approaching Jane. He glared at them no longer wanted to see their interaction and quickly tried putting his things away.

"Hey Jane"

Matt said gently.

"Hey"

She said with a smile holding her bag.

"You were great out there"

"Thanks"

"So um, would you mind if I walk you home?"

He asked shyly. Jane smiled apologetically.

"Thanks for the offer but Tai said he was going to take me home"

"Oh okay, get home safe. Oh and I almost forgot these are for you"

He said handing her the flowers. Jane smiled happily as she took them. Matt waved goodbye as he left and Jane return the gesture. She then turn around and saw Tai roughly shoving his things inside the bag.

"Hey"

She said happily holding the flowers close to her, but Tai ignored her. Jane raised an eyebrow.

"What's with the silent treatment?"

She asked but still no answer.

"You know I thought a person who scored the last winning goal would be happy but you're the total opposite"

Tai zipped up his bag and began to walk away.

"Hey wait for me"

She called out slightly jogging next to him and gently placed a hand on his shoulder with look of concern.

"Tai what's wrong? Did I do something wrong?"

She asked. Tai angrily shrugged her hand away from her. Jane took a step back in surprise, but nonetheless she continued to follow him but stopped when Tai stopped with his back to her.

"Why don't you just get on your broom stick and fly away"

Tai said but froze and shut his eyes as he realized the words slipped out of his mouth. He slowly turn back to face Jane who stood there frozen and hurt at his words. Jane put on a fake smile as her eyes got watery threatening tears to fall.

"Jane..."

He said trailing off walking towards her but Jane held up her hand and shook her head.

"Just don't"

She said walking away. Tai stood in place and sadly looked at the ground.

"I'm sorry"

He said softly.
