While Mikaela and Incendium searched endlessly, there was a commotion downstairs. Shouts of distress caught their attention. Mikaela and Incendium ran downstairs to see men running around.
"Who are you?"
"Who are you?" The man at the door asks. "We're from the government....Sector 7."
"Never heard of it."
"Never will."
"It's funny, because I'm from the government too. Captain Incendium Haugen of the Naval fleet." She scoffed. The man studied Incendium.
"Oh yes, the woman with the freak eyes." He taunted. "What are you doing here? I didn't know the naval participated in national security."
"I was helping the teenagers with their history project for next year. And I've known Mikaela for a while." Incendium conjured.
"What's the history project about?"
"Uhhhhh, what was it? To interview a person working for the government. Specifically the military, Air Force, police and navy. The objective is to see how they coincide together."
"What the heck is going on here?" A man bellowed.
"Your son filed a stolen car report last night. We think it's involved in a national security matter." The man informed. Incendium raised an eyebrow.
"What is this?" Sam asked. He pushed through, confronting the man face to face.
"Is your name Sam?"
"Yeah."
"Well I need you to come with us."
"Woah, way out of line." The father growled.
"Sir, I am asking politely. Back off."
"You're not taking my son."'
"Really? You going to try to get rough with us?"
"Uh yeah, bring it on. Black belt and I had five step brothers. I know how to take down a proper man within thirty seconds." Incendium threatened.
"No, that's not going to happen either. I'm going to call the cops because there's something fishy going on around here."
"Yeah, there's something a little fishy about you, your son, your little Taco Bell dog, and his whole operation you got going on here." The man sighed. "You're all coming with me. Except for you, Captain Incendium Haugen. Arresting a commanding officer for the Navy will be a struggle to explain."
"The two of you, step forward." He beckons towards Sam and Mikaela.
"Just stand?" Sam asks. There was a device in the agent's hand as there was rapid beeping.
"Fourteen rads....bingo! Tag them and bag them!" Incendium watched helplessly as all of them were dragged out of the house. Even taking the dog along. She quickly dashed back outside to the Autobots, who were still waiting for Sam to retrieve the glasses.
"Government agents took them." Incendium huffed out.
"Why didn't you do anything? You're part of the government!" Ironhide mentioned.
"I work for the government. Being a commanding officer for an Aircraft Carrier does not mean I get to boss random people around!" She crosses her arms with brows furrowed. "Especially a different part of the working force. These were National Security Agencies, I have no power over them, but they in return have no power over me. Sam did find the glasses."
