“I hate that man. I swear I will kill him right now” shouted Annika. “It is not his fault jiji” she answered in a meek voice. “Not his fault? Are you even hearing yourself? He is blo*dy cheating on you Gauri” Annika spoke again. “He would have been cheating if he hadn’t have made anything clear about Riddhima to me jiji. Everything is clear about anything that is happening. Neither is he cheating and nor is he lying. We were never a couple and we all know it” she answered.

“But Bhabhi you two are still husband and wife. You should not take this drastic step this sudden” Bhavya said sipping her coffee. “It’s not sudden Bhavya. I should have left the day she entered” she replied.

“I will kill Riddhima too. That woman” said Annika clenching her coffee cup. “It is not her fault too. I mean when there was not any relationship, what would she possibly have broken? Jab voh khud kuch nahi mante toh kisi ke aane yaa naa aane se kya farak padta hai” she said with tears threatening to fall. “Gauri” Annika said. “Hum nahi roenge jiji” she smiled. “I am fine” she replied but the truth was evident on her face. She was far away from being even fine.

“Don’t go Chutki. It has just been sometime that we have been together. Don’t leave me this soon. Stay with me... please” Annika said teary eyed. “I cannot jiji. Even if I wished, I cannot. You all know that” she held Annika’s hand and squeezed it. “Please bhabhi stay with us, at least for us” Bhavya replied. “I cannot Bhavya, mera safar yahin tak tha” she said eyeing the house. “I hate that man. As much as I thought he was the most understanding out of the three, he is not. I hate him for making you like this” Annika said. “I too hate him for turning you down when the whole world know that you are true. I will never forgive him “ Bhavya repeated back.

Even if everyone pleads, she cannot stay back. She cannot live here in his world, because she doesn’t belongs here. It is not her place and now finally her Shankerji has shown her the right place; it was not her world to look forward to, nor was it the place that she fits in, and she knew it all along even if she has her all in here.

She was fighting an already lost battle and she knew that was not worth it. All she would get is defeat, hurt and rejection. And these three were something that she has been getting in all these years.

Let me go)” she answered slipping her hands off Annika’s hands.

The Oberoi brothers as usual had their night meet beside the pool area. They, at first used to laugh, chat, discuss and bitch about their wives a bit, but since Omkara gave the news of his divorce, everything as if stopped. They did not seem to be enjoying anymore. Both, Shivaay and Rudra knew what was happening in the life of their brother and the fact that they can’t do anything, knowing who he has in his heart, saddened them even more.

“Uff this pregnancy phrase, I tell you Bhaiyas it doesn’t even leaves the ACP I have with me” Rudra whined. “You have to take it brother. She is your wife, it’s your duty” Shivaay answered tapping Rudra’s shoulders. “I still remember the time Anish was to enter my life. I still remember my wife going crazy over pity things. Can you imagine Annika waking up early, liking cleanliness and not at all disturbing me at work?” Shivaay asked. “Nooo” Rudra answered. “She did that. I myself was left dumbstruck at many things she did” Shivaay laughed. “Aur aap O?” Rudra turned to Omkara.
