"WHAT THE FUCK!!!" I stood back frozen when I opened the door at my room.

"SURPRISE!!!!" They all said in unison.

Bigla akong napangiti ng sabay sabay at nagtatatalon ang mga pinsan at kaibigan ko sa loob ng kwarto ko.

"What the hell? When did you all came here?" I'm still shocked asking them.

"Just a while ago.."

"What's up, ma men?"

"You look so hot kuya sir!!"

"Grabe dude. Kung alam ko lang ganito ang kaklabasan ng training ni lolo. I would definitely be joining."

Natawa ako sa mga pinagsasabi nila. I just listened to them the whole time. Lahat kami ay nag siksikan sa Hindi kalakihan kong kwarto. Hinanap ng mata ko si kat at mukhang nahalata iyon ni jade.

"Looking for someone?" He asked.

"Uh.. Where's kat?"

"We fought. She's supposed to be here pero nag away kami and then kay angel siya pumunta." I can't help but smile a little when I heard her name. My angel.

"Anong pinag awayan niyo?"

"Eh kasi naman tong ex-playboy nating pinsan. Nating fling niya yung flight attendant sa plane. Oh ayun! Syempre akala ng mga nakafling niya May commitment kaya nung nakita niya si jade. Boom!"

Tawang tawa silang lahat sa kwento ni Gael.

"Seriously? In front of kay?" I surprisingly ask.

They all nod and laugh at jade. He is really in trouble! Sa harapan pa talaga ni kat? Na-iimagine ko tuloy ang naging eksena nila sa plane.

Jade diverted the topic. Madami silang kwento sa akin. Nakakatuwa na andito ang mga pinsan ko. Lahat sila ay may mga shinare na kwento. Hanggang sa matapos na kami sa dinner at nag iinuman ng beer sa labas ng bahay Hindi pa din sila nauubusan ng kwento. Ako naman at nakikinig lang, tatawa at makikipag asaran din sakanila.

I really really want to tell them about angel. About us getting back together. Alam kong what ever happens, they will be with me. Every damn time! We have each other's back. The reason why I can't tell them is that ayoko silang madamay pag nagkahulian na. Angel is their friend. Wala silang kasalanan sa nangyari but they are still not allowed to see her. And I understood that! Dahil mga pinsan ko sila at Hindi tanga ang pamilya ni angel.

I looked at my phone when it ping. Alam kong si angel yun dahil kung Hindi siya at ang mga pinsan ko lang naman ang may communication ako. I was so excited to open my phone but then stopped immediately. It's not angel, it's lolo.

Tumayo ako at medyo lumayo sa mga pinsan kong patuloy sa kwentuhan. I cleared my throat before answering the call.

"Good evening, lolo." I nervously ask.

"Ashton.." Damn. I miss my lolo's stern voice.

Mas nakadagdag kaba sa akin ng marinig ko ang boses niya. My relationship with my lolo is not the typical relationship of grandfather-grandson thing. Same goes with my cousins. Except Faye and monette. They are lolo's favorite. Pero kaming lalaki, no! Nasanay na kaming pag kinakausap kami ni lolo at seryoso at walang halong biro o kahit lambing man lang. Hindi din siya yung tipo ng lolo na tatawagan ka pars kamustahin. May mga tauhan siyang mag rereport sakanya about sa amin. So why bother calling?

"Your cousins are there. It was supposed to be Clark and don only but the rest insisted. Tomorrow they will talk to you about your second training. I talked to Pedro and he said you passed."
