F3 sat on the big stairs with Xia. She was seated one step below Mei Zuo and nestled in between his legs with his arms around her and she leaned back into him as he was keeping her warm and Xi Men was seated beside Mei Zuo. Ah Si was a few steps below Xia and to her right.

"Women are so annoying." Ah Si lamented.

"Uhm, excuse me? I'm a woman?" Xia asked him.

"What are you babbling about?" Mei Zuo asked as well.

"So how are things? Did you get to see Shan Cai yesterday?" Xi Men asked.

"Yesterday..." Ah Si just kept on repeating and then stopped talking, lost in thought.

"What is he trying to say?" Xi Men asked and Xia turned her head to look at him.

"I know this. He's saying, something good happened. He's unhappy. And he doesn't understand." Xia explained her brother's logic.

"It seems Ah Si has acquired more depth of expression after going to graduate school." Mei Zuo teased.

"What do you care?" Ah Si grumpily asked.

"And are you and Shan Cai together or not?" Mei Zuo wanted to clarify.

"Why do you care?" Ah Si asked again.

"Hey, Ah Si. Didn't you ask me to come here to think of a plan?" Mei Zuo asked him.

"I thought you came to see me?" Xia teased with a laugh as Mei Zuo tickled her sides.

"Haven't you settled it with Shan Cai yet?" Xi Men asked him.

"There are some things that you don't understand." Ah Si answered him.

"Then ask me. Leave your girl problems to the love expert." Xi Men stated.

"Mr. Love Expert, let's hear what you have to say." Mei Zuo teased.

"Women. If you think of them as a musical instrument, she's a violin. You have to accurately control your strength, position, and tone in order to play the best music. So what do you think?" Xi Men asked them.

"I understood but you made it sound like you're thinking about sex again." Xia stated and Mei Zuo's eyes widened.

"Uh, Master Xi Men. Even I didn't quite understand it, let alone Ah Si. Princess is not willing to share the right information. Right?" Mei Zuo pointed out and looked at Ah Si who wasn't there already.

"Where's Ah Si?" Xi Men asked out loud.

"He got bored and wandered off." Xia informed them with a smile.

Xia was finishing a research paper when Ms. Yu entered her room. She was visiting and checking up on how Xia was doing and making sure she was eating right and on time.

"Xia, I made some milk for you to drink." She said as she set the glass down on the table where Xia was working. Xia smiled up at the old woman and thanked her before drinking it.

"Do you know where your brother is? Before I left the house, I went into his room and he wasn't there yet." Ms. Yu asked and Xia's face scrunched up in worry.
