Xia was hungry so she went downstairs to see if dinner was ready. She arrived at the dining area and looked at the two girls seated there. She looked at the hallway when she heard the front door slam. She walked towards her friends.

"Guys? What's going on?" She worriedly asked as she looked at their solemn faces.

"What exactly happened?" Xiao You added. Lei looked at Xia and to the dining room with a grim expression before he started talking.

"Someone told Shan Cai that you went for a night stroll." Lei addressed Xiao You.

"That's impossible. Have you seen the weather? Nobody should be out there." Xi Men worriedly stated.

"You mean to say Shan Cai is out there in that weather? Where's Ahia?" Xia asked Lei.

"He just went out the front door when you joined us." Lei told her and she froze, not believing that someone would be out there in the blizzard. Lei reached for her hand and led her to sit on one of the dining chairs. He sat on her left and Xi Men on her right. Xiao You was standing beside Xi Men and Mei Zuo standing behind Xia's chair with a hand on her shoulder for support. He was still angry at her but this was a serious matter and he decided to put aside his anger for the time being. They could talk about it later.

"How did this happen? I hope nothing bad happens to Shan Cai." Xiao You worriedly said as she wrung her hands.

"At that time, I really thought she went out to see the night sky." Xin Hui covered.

"Yeah. We really did see Xiao You go out the front door. That's why—" Bai He started weaving their cover story.

"I never went out." Xiao You told them.

"The thing is. I didn't ask Shan Cai to go. But she herself—" Bai He started saying but was cut off when Lei threw wine at her and Xia stood up and slammed her hands on the table.

"Lei, you shouldn't do that. Princess, calm down." Mei Zuo looked at both of them worriedly.

"What's a glass of wine compared to Shan Cai's life?" Lei told Mei Zuo.

"Yes. But I don't think anything would happen to Shan Cai." Xin Hui answered.

"Therein lies the problem. You don't think. It's minus 20 degrees outside. From what I gathered, she's been out there for more than two hours. If she got stuck in the blizzard, she'd be dead. Do you realize how bad the situation is? How much trouble you put her in?" Xia angrily told them. She still hadn't forgiven these girls and here they are again, causing trouble. Only now, it could cost a life.

"You better pray that Ah Si finds her. Otherwise, you'll be murderers." Lei added.

"We didn't do it on purpose." Xin Hui defended.

"Still not admitting your mistake? How shameless." Xi Men commented.

"Why did you do it, then? For the same dumb reason as before? Didn't you bitches learn anything from the last incident?" Xia's temper was at an all time high now, no one from the close-knit group had ever seen her this mad. Mei Zuo tightened his hold on her shoulder.

"It's my fault. If something happens to Shan Cai, what am I going to do?" Xiao You lamented and Xi Men stood up to comfort her.

"She will be fine." He said.
