Ryan had urged him not to interview each of the girls in his office, stating that it was cold, too formal, and likely to scare each of the she-wolves off. However, he almost relished that idea, almost wanted to put some fear into their perfect little bodies. He wasn't even sure why, but he wanted the trio of little wolves to know that side of him, that domineering and powerful side that controlled his pack ruthlessly when necessary.

And so, fully ignoring the advice given to him, he invited Crimson to his office first. Gesturing toward the seat in front of his desk and then stepping around and tossing himself down into his massive, leather office chair with a sigh. He steepled his fingers together, set his elbows on the desk, and stared into the little she-wolf's gorgeous emerald eyes. She was a firecracker and breaking her would be especially satisfying. That is, if he could stay in touch with that part of himself that still wanted to break and destroy things. He felt that part of him receding with time and the birth of his two precious pups, and, in truth, with the look he saw in Rain's eyes when he acted according to his conscience and not his wildest nature. She believed in him, she saw the good in him, and he wanted to be worthy of her belief.

The redhead crossed her legs seductively and leaned back into the chair to ogle him. "What did you want to ask me, Alpha?" she purred.

He considered this, then tried to grasp at the edges of his former badass self. "Do you understand what mating an Alpha would mean for you, little wolf?"

She licked her fire-engine red lips and cooed. "I would be the Luna of the White Lightning Pack."

"Yes," he nodded. "But what does that entail?"

To her credit, Crimson took a moment to consider her words carefully. "I would be expected to serve beside my Alpha in all things, to take care of him to the best of my abilities." Something crossed her eyes with this statement, and he knew that she was implying something that she hadn't directly spoken. That dirty little minx. "I will be expected to serve my pack and do right by my people. To show thoughtful care in my actions, and to always consider the good of the pack in everything I do," she continued but it all sounded a bit rehearsed to him.

Interrupting what he knew was a scripted speech, he sighed. "Crimson, you are young for a Luna. In this pack, we do not mate our she-wolves until they have turned eighteen. And yet, I suspect that this is not exactly the case in your home pack. Let me ask you, are you intact?"

"No, Alpha," she smirked without a single ounce of shame. "I have much experience in pleasing my partners." She uncrossed her pale legs slowly before, just as languidly, re-crossing them while licking her lips. "I have received zero complaints," she promised him with a purr.

The Alpha nodded his head slowly. "I believe that, little wolf. However, a Luna must provide more than just pleasure for her mate. If I were to take you to my bed to mate you right now, how would you feel if you were to conceive my pup?"

She paled at this and her expression changed from lusty pride to something fearful, and then it passed quickly, and she hid it away with a sweet smile. "I would happily bear the Alpha's pups if that is what he wishes. However, sir, you already have two little pups to your name."
