Andy: My exam's done so I thought of updating! Yay! First set of exam done :)

I gulped down the second bottle I ordered, I tasted it's bitter taste and felt the warm sensation drew a line on my throat.

Ah, alcohol. Just what I needed.

I know that I promised Andi that I wouldn't drink this stuff anymore. But after all that bullsh-t in the office, I thought I needed it.

And I'm not regretting any of this.

I gulped down a huge chunk of my drink as the moments passed through my brain. Again.

"Shay?" I looked to my assistant who looks confused as the other two men.

"Love, you didn't tell me you were busy - even more you were having a meeting. Please, I think should go d--"

"No!" I said a little too quickly.

They all turn to me and I felt my cheeks flush.

Oh God.

"Uhh-- Uhm-- So-- Uhh..."

"Excuse me but... Who are you?" my assistant said to Toby.

I kind of felt bad since Becca still hasn't known Toby. She started working for me 2 weeks ago and Toby was gone for 3 weeks for a business meeting so I haven't got the chance to introduce them to one another.

I saw Toby giving me a confused look and a sad frown. I only smiled apologetically in return.

"So, everyone-" I moved to where Toby is and stood by his side. I enterwined our hands together.

I looked at them and ignored the glares I was having from Lan-- Nick. Phoenix.

"This is Toberius Xander Dela Cruz.--"

"Please, just Xander." he cutted me.

"And he's my boyfriend." I added with a small smile on my lips.

Becca just smiled to the both of us and clapped her hands.

"So I'm guessing you're that person Shay is telling me everyday. She's said so many things about you." Becca said.

"Really?" He looks at me with adoration. "I hope it's my good side."

I laughed and the both of them chuckled as well, absent-mindedly forgetting that Nick was in the room.

We heard a small cough coming from Nick and in that moment our small bubble popped. Becca was the first one to recover once she saw Nick heading towards the door.

"Oh! Sorry Mr. Pierson. We were jus--"

"Please." Nick said with all coldness. His face, emotionless.

"Some other time maybe. I could see that you're busy. I don't want to ruin your... reunion." He said it so bitter, I felt myself frown.

He nodded and walked out.

The fast thrumping sound of my heart and the warm shiver came back. I felt it again... After all of this years...

Everything is so much 'different' with Lance-- Nick, rather. The feelings came back and I am afraid that this will lead to something more... More deep. Again.
