CHAPTER 4

ANDREA'S POV

"May gusto po ba kayong puntahan, sir?" tanong ko sa kanya na ngayon ay may abala sa pagbabasa ng mga papers

"Wala"

"Do you want to eat something? Baka nagugutom na po kayo"

"I'm not hungry"

"Okay" sagot ko at nagpatuloy lang sa pagmamaniho

"Palagi ba kayong magka-sama ng lalaking yun?"

Nakita kong tumigil ito sa pagbabasa at tumingin sa akin

"Sino po? Si denise?" tanong ko

"Yes" maikling sagot nito "You two seem to have a close relationship"

"Kaibigan ko po siya"

"What do you see in that man? He's just tall, nothing else about him is great"

"Mabait po siya"

"What else?"

"He's family oriented"

"And?"

"Teka lang" tumingin ako sa kanya "Bakit po ba kayo interesado sa kanya?"

He cleared his throat and looked away "Nothing, I just want to know my employees better"

"Okay"

Well, this is new. He's not really interested in knowing his employee. But now that he's interested in knowing denise, did he have a change of heart?

"Nandito na po tayo, sir"

Hininto ko ang sasakyan sa tapat ng bahay ko at bumaba na ng sasakyan.

"Thank you po" sabi ko

Papasok na sana ako ng bahay pero naalarma ako nang hindi ko mahanap ang susi ng bahay ko

"Ano bang hinahanap mo?"

Halos mapatalon ako sa gulat nang marinig ang boses ni Mr. Martinez. Akala ko ay umuwi na ito.

"May kailangan po ba kayo?" tanong ko

"Your house looks so small upfront" sabi niya habang nakasandal sa kotse niya "My kitchen is way more bigger than your house"

Sarkastiko akong ngumiti sa kanya "Hindi po kasi ako mayaman"

Pumunta lang ba siya dito para manlait sa bahay ko? Hindi ata siya busy ngayon at nagawa niya pang manlait ng bahay ng iba

"At least it looks clean and decent from the outside"

Lumapit ito sa akin at binigyan ako ng isang maliit na susi.

"You're so clumsy"

"Thank you" sabi ko nang mapag-tantong susi ito ng bahay ko "Akala ko ay naiwan ko sa desk ko"

"Should you at least offer me some tea or something?" He chuckled "Don't you think I deserve a little reward?"

"I don't have tea"

"Coffee?"

"I forgot to buy coffee yesterday"

"Fine" inirapan niya ako "Just give me water"

"No!" bulalas ko

Hindi siya pwedeng maka-pasok sa bahay ko dahil alam kong manlalait lang ito.

He frowned "What do you mean?"

"Medyo makalat po kasi ang bahay ko ngayon sir" pag-dadahilan ko

Hindi ito sumagot at mas lalong lumapit sa akin. I bit my lip when I felt his body pressed against mine. He leaned closer to me and my body froze when he sniffed the side of my neck and kissed it.

"Sir?" I pushed him gently and looked away

My heart is pounding so fast and my knees are trembling. I don't know how to react. Mabaho ba ako kaya niya ako inaamoy?

"You need to change your perfume" sagot nito at nagmamadaling umalis

Naiwan akong naka-tulala habang iniisip ang sinabi niya. He doesn't like my perfume? Should I change it?

SEAN'S POV

"Medyo makalat po kasi ang bahay ko ngayon" sabi ni athena

I gulped when I saw how flawless her neck is. That is a good spot to put on some hickeys so bastards won't come near her again. Damn! What am I thinking? I can smell her perfume and it's making me lose my sanity.

I unconsciously come closer to her and sniff her. I grabbed his waist and kissed the side of his neck. She smells so good and I can't believe I just noticed this now.

"Sir?"

Bigla akong natauhan nang marinig ang boses niya. I'm insane. What the hell am I doing? This is beyond ridiculous.

Umiwas ito ng tingin na halatang naiilang dahil sa ginawa ko.

"You need to change your perfume" I said and left her

Pumasok ako sa kotse at pinaadar ito. What the hell am I saying? And why am I getting anxious when I'm around her these days? Damn! I kept on blabbering nonsense whenever she was near me. This is not good.
