"NO— I MEAN, OFCOURSE. WHY NOT?" Malungkot na sambit niya at nagpakawala ng malalim na buntong-hininga. "Gusto mo ng umuwi? But.. we haven't still done something here in the Island... I mean, hindi pa natin naiikot itong buong Island Resort.." pagpapatuloy niya. I can see sadness in his eyes. Nakokonsensya tuloy ako. Ugh. Why do I feel like this? I hate it!

"Fine. We'll.. We'll go swimming, snorkeling, surfing, babana boating, and many more. Okay?" Pangungumbinsi ko. I'm supposed to hate him, but what the heck am I doing?! Looking at his eyes makes me feel uneasy, remembering how he suffered for how many years! My heart ache whenever I see sadness in his eyes, and this is new to me! Ugh!

Nagliwanag naman ang mukha niya at parang batang tumango.

"Really? Hindi ka na uuwi? You won't leave me?" May pagdududa sa boses niya.

"Mmmm. I will not leave you, okay? But, I won't promise that I will not go home. Kailangan kong maunang bumalik sa Manila. While you, you need to be here, you still have lot of guests to entertain."

Okay, I sounded very different.

Tumango naman siya kaya nakahinga ako ng maluwang. Mamaya, magiging aggressive yan. Nagiging manyak din. Bipolar af.

"Now, hon. You go and change. I don't like your dress. Nakikita yang hita mo." Ma-otoridad na aniya. Napatingin tuloy ako sa suot ko at napailing.

"There's nothing wrong in my dress, you just need to adjust your eyes." Pagtataray ko.

"Nope, I won't let you go outside if you're dressed like that."

"Okay, you choose. We'll stay inside or we'll go outside with this dress of mine." Paghahamon ko. Mamimili ka.

May gumuhit na nakakalong ngisi sa labi niya na nagpanginig sa tuhod ko. This is not what I'm talking about! Shit! Ba't ko ba nakalimutan na manyak 'tong isang 'to?!

"Okay. I prefer staying inside, then. We'll make love all day, we'll cuddle in bed, and I will make you scream—"

"Manyak! Ugh!" Sigaw ko sakanya. Natatawa naman siyang umiling.

"Kidding. Wait for me then, I will just change." Aniya at nagsimula nang umakyat sa hagdanan. "But I'm serious, I'll make you scream in pleasure later on! So prepare, hon!" Pahabol na sigaw niya.

"Sira!"

Namumula naman akong umupo sa couch habang hinihintay ang gago. Bahagya naman akong napatingin sa repleksyon ko sa tv na nasa harap.

I look stressed. Hindi lang si Kuya ang na-i-stress, ganoon din ako. Hindi ko kinakaya ang mga nangyayari. I wan't to break down, but I shouldn't. My kids needs me, so I need to be strong. Kaunti nalang, may kalahating million na ako. My son will not suffer anymore. They will have a normal life, soon. I promise.

"Earth to my honey." natigil ako nang magsalita ang gago. Nabaling tuloy ang tingin ko sa katawan niya. He's just wearing plain white shirt and cargo shorts, but he looks very handsome in my eyes. No way! No! Ugh. Bakat na bakat yung tangina'ng pandesal niya! No, no, no. Stop it, Havanna! "Don't worry, hon. It's all yours. From my head to toe, it's all yours." Nandiyan nanaman yung nakakaloko niyang ngisi. Ang sarap talagang tahiin ng bibig na yan!
