Chapter 10 

"I was waiting for you the whole time..." I was just looking at Anitha who's clinging on Apollo's neck. She's talking like I'm not there while on the other hand, Apollo was staring at me. I faked a smile and pointed at my door. 

"Mauna na 'ko." I mouthed. He didn't shook his head nor nod but even without his permission, I went to my condo and never look back.

I sighed. Bakit ba kumikirot ang puso ko sa t'wing naririyan sa tabi niya si Anitha?

But who knows? Ammiel said that Anitha wasn't Apollo's ex and she is just a desperate woman who want Apollo's attention. 

I sighed again and was about to go to my room when there's someone knocked on my door. My brows furrowed. I am not expecting someone else and I don't expect it to be Apollo either because, of course, he's with Anitha. I'm sure they'll talk about them if there's a 'them'. So, I was surprised when I saw him standing in front of my door the moment I opened it.

"Hey..." he greeted. I looked around and I didn't saw Anitha that's why I looked at him with a confusion in my eyes.

"Where's Anitha?" I curiously asked.

He also looked at the direction where I've looked at, then sighed. 

"She went home..."

"That fast?"

"Yeah..."

I didn't answer and just bit my lowerlip because of lack of words. There's an awkward atmosphere for me, yes, just for me 'cause I think he doesn't feel the awkwardness because he's just looking at me like a while ago at their studio, like his memorizing my feature. 

"I...uh," I didn't know what to say. "Do you want to come in?"

Pareho kaming nagulat ni Apollo, siya dahil sa nasabi ko at ako, dahil bakit iyon ang nasabi ko.

"Ah! Coffee? To drink coffee?" Maagap na tanong ko para hindi siya mag-isip ng kung ano.

Tumango-tango siya, 'tila naintindihan ang sinasabi ko. He caressed his neck.

"If that's okay?"

Tumango-tango ako. "Yes! Pasok ka."

Nilakihan ko ang pagkakabukas ng pinto at pinapasok siya. Nang maisarado ko ito ay agad akong sumunod sakaniya patungo sa living area.

"Pasensiya ka na, medyo makalat. 'Di pa kasi ako nakakapag-linis." nahihiyang sabi ko habang kinukuha ang nakakalat kong gamit. Nang matapos ay mabilis ko siyang pinaupo.

"Stay here. I'll go and make your coffee." I said and didn't wait for his answer. I quickly went to the kitchen and made his coffee. Ang saakin naman ay gatas lang since I'm not a fan of coffee.

"Here you go..." sabi ko matapos gumawa ng kape niya at gatas ko. I also get some food since he'll stay a little bit longer. I grabbed my pillow and sat across him. That's why we're facing each other.

"So..." I trailed off. "Nagkausap kayo ni... Anitha?"

Hindi talaga matigil ang isipan ko sa kakatanong tuloy ay nasasabi iyon ng aking bibig. He looked at me while he's sipping on his coffee.

He shrugged. "Yeah..."

"Talaga? Anong pinag-usapan niyo?" Interesadong saad ko. Gone the shy Scayans Gaile.

He laughed. "I told her to stop."

"Stop from pursuing you?"

He sighed. "You can say that."
