It's finally Friday which means I have to get ready for mountain climbing with the others and my brother. Speaking of my brother, ever since the awkward mall scheme I pulled, it's been awkward with my brother. Actually, not awkward but disgusting.
"Are your things ready?" Bridget snapped at me out of nowhere while I was lost in my thoughts of throwing up. My brother is my fake boyfriend?! That's weird and the feeling is very disgusting. I don't even know what came up to me that day.
*Pukes inside my head* Actually, I think I'm going to puke physically. Anytime now.
"I'll do it when I get home." I stated when I saw the others sitting on the usual table as we headed to them in the cafeteria. By others, I meant the two annoying jerks and the fine young gentleman who has a crush on Bridget.
"We'll pick you up." She says. I nod and sat down across from Mason.
"Can I invite someone to come join us?" I asked.
"Your boyfriend, you mean?" I turned to Ryan who was sitting next to me on my right. I bit my lip when I felt a sudden urge to puke. I didn't answer. Why? I don't know. Maybe, if I opened my mouth, puke would actually come out and also because I plan on telling them later with Landon.
"You have a boyfriend?!" Mason asked. I turned to him who was also in shock with the others. I grinned at his expression.
"Why are you all surprise that I have a boyfriend?" I referred to all of them. "Because I'm a geek?"
"You're too pretty. Any guy would fall for you." Mason complimented. "But no, it's not because you're a geek but because you're too . . ."
"Mean." Ryan continued for him.
"No. Not mean." Bridget said.
"Yes, she is. She so mean to me," pouted Ryan.
"You're the hard to get type of girl." Mason grins.
I smiled. "Well, people deserve the nasty part of me, and I am not hard to get. If I like the boy, he'll get me. If I don't, too bad."
"Great. That means I'll get you someday." Mason muttered to me.
"What makes you think I like you?" I smirked.
"Well, don't you?" Mason grinned.
His grin grew even more when I didn't answer. I looked straight to his eyes. Fortunately, he was across from me. I had the opportunity so I took it. I kicked his balls, real hard.
He pushes himself off the chair, holding his balls then went down on his knee with his eyes wide open. He started to turn red while the others and I laugh at him.
"Does that make it more obvious that I don't?" I chuckled.
After a couple of minutes of laughing at Mason, he finally sat back down his chair, feeling better. "You told me you didn't have a boyfriend," Mason said.
"So? Even if I told you, would it change anything?" I asked. I pulled my homework from my bag and double checked it again. Mechanics isn't a hard class if you really put your mind into it but it's the memorizing certain parts of a vehicle. Sure I know what it is when I see it but I forget what's it's called. It's like at the tip of my tongue but I can't quite figure it out.
I am in my last period right now, just texted Landon if he was done packing up for this weekend. I have a feeling it'll be a really awkward weekend with my friends and brother. Introducing him to my friends as my boyfriend? Fuck my life.
"So what's the name of your boyfriend?" I heard a voice from behind ask me. I looked over to my shoulder and saw Mason. I intentionally ignored him and continued to give the teacher my full attention.
