"Okay, what is the deal this time?" Bridget asked.

"There is no deal whatsoever." I informed her.

"You can stop pretending now, Lil. Mason is not around." she said. I sighed and rolled my eyes.

"This is no pretending, Bridget. I swear." I told her as we sat on the cafeteria table.

"Okay, but what made you finally make that decision?" she asked me. "Give me a good reason."

"I don't know. I guess, I have been wanting to but it wasn't the right time till last night. I mean last night, Mason was different. He wasn't what he told me he was. He was calm." I told her.

Bridget turned her eyes behind me. I looked too. It was Lindsey. I guess she knows. Seriously, gossip is a big thing here, really. "Good Morning, Lindsey." I said with a smile.

"Save it. Listen here slut, you may have them tied around you, but I swear; You will crash and burn. I will find a way." she threatened me.

"I don't know what's your problem." I said. " You have been a bitch to me since I came here and I have done no wrong to you.

"You're my problem. Ever since you came here I have come down to the unpopular board. You're on top of this high school food chain which I was suppose to be at. you stole that from me! And now, you will regret it. Remember my words Whore, I will find a way." she warned me. Bridget stayed quiet.

"Go ahead. Fill free! There's nothing you can find. And didn't the Parker give you a warning?" I asked her. "There coming." I said. She didn't bother to turn around to see if I was telling the truth. She took off the opposite way.

"What was she doing here?" asked Ryan. I kicked Bridget under the table before she could answer.

"She was just here to apologize." I covered up. I wasn't going to tell on her. Mason and his pals can be jerks when they want to and I don't like it when they victimize someone just because of a small reason.

"Anyways, where's Maddy? I thought she came inside." Mason said.

"She didn't. Maybe she headed to class, which I should too." I said and got up from my seat and grabbed my bag. I walked passed them as they, too, walk to take a seat.

I was pulled back. "Wait, are you avoiding me now?" Mason asked me as he furrowed his brow.

"Uh, no. I just wanted to go to class." I smiled and pushed up to give his cheek a peck. I took off and headed for class before the bell rings.

As I was walking down the empty hall since everyone was outside and the cafeteria, I saw Maddy talking to someone on the phone. I didn't mean to pry but it never harmed anyone, right? Plus, Maddy is my friend. I'm sure she wouldn't mind. It's not like she has a huge secret that no one knows about. So, I listened to her conversation.

I hid behind the lockers as I peeked. Maddy leaned against the wall. "No, we will not tell them yet." She blushes. "They should found out themselves. They're our friends." Pause. Aww. She is hiding someone. I wonder who could this lucky guy be.

"If they don't see anything weird or different then I guess they're not really our friends, right?" she said. Hm. Who could she be talking to?

"Oh, gee! You and me? In our own hotel room?" she grinned. She pauses. "Alright but Landy, make sure she won't get caught. I don't want her to leave us." She whined.

What?! Landy?! Landy. Landon?! Is she talking to Landon, my brother?!

Does she know?

"I'm serious. She's going back to Florida and she is well-known there. You know that. Anyone could recognize her. I recognized her and I only saw from magazines and the Internet. What if people there reports to your mother?" she asked, frustrated.
