Ever since the argument Mason and I had, he changed to a much worst person. He became more stubborn and irrespecutful to others. "Ryan, get me a carton of milk!" he commanded Ryan. We sat at our table as it was lunch time. The others and I just watched Mason's behavior.
He has no right to boss his friends like that. I don't get why they will let him treat them like that. Ryan came back with the milk and handed it to him. "Now, wipe my lips, bitch." Mason demanded Bridget. Because Bridget was afraid of him right now, she followed. I can't believe this. I can't stand this anymore.
"Bridget, stop." I said to her. Mason is no king. He isn't the boss of everyone. The only reason they are obeying his commands because he pulled this horrible scheme last week.
Mason beat up a guy who bumped into him at the hallway. No one dared to stop him. The teachers didn't dare to punish him nor send him to the principal's office. They were all scared of him. He had power over the school. The teachers feared him because he can get every single teacher fired in an instance. I don't know how but rumor says that he had 3 teachers fired and 6 janitors replaced. That is cruel. Students were afraid of him because he might either beat them up, give them a living hell, or get them kicked off the school. I don't know how he does that but I intend to put a stop in to it.
"Hey." Ryan greeted me. I sat at the bleachers as I watched the boys practice football. I waited for my brother so we can go home together.
I gave him a smile as I looked away from my book. "How's life with Mr. Bossy-pants?" I asked him.
"It's a living hell. But I am use to it." he says.
"You can't let him treat you like this." I said.
"You know, he wasn't like this. Actually, he isn't. All this is just an act."
"What do you mean?" I ask.
"I think that he is just pretending that he is tough and all but... he isn't. I know my friend. He wasn't always like this mean Mason. He was caring and nice to everybody. That is when his family was alright. Everything broke to hell when his parents divorced." I know that but I don't get why he has to be this.
"If you lived with the guy so long, you'll understand why he is like this. I was with him. I saw what he looked like when he got abandoned by his mom. But he stood up and made it like it never happened to show to everyone that it doesn't bother him." he continued on. "Sorry that you had to see that."
"See what?" I ask. I thought Ryan was just the clown in our group of friends but he actually paid attention to what was going on around him. I thought he was just a guy obsess with sex but I was all wrong. I guess you can't judge a book by its cover.
"I'm sorry that you had to experience the wrath of Mason, last week." He said.
"You saw?" I asked, puzzled.
"Yeah, and it was pretty intense. I went to look for you so that I could get a re-match. I didn't mean to buzz in people's business." he said.
"Ryan, get your butt back on the field." their coach holler at him.
"It will be awhile but he will come around. This is the real Mason before he met you. It's the truth but I am proud that he at least tried to make an effort. I guess you are just really hard to get but no worries, now. Everything is back to normal. You can go back to your normal life. I know how much you hated having to hang with us." he said.
