We got to the salon and it was pretty cool inside. Maddy drove us to the rich fancy people salon. Everything inside was genuine. Maddy is a VIP member so that means we get a VIP treatment too.
"Let's start with Lily first." Maddy stated. The two girls sat in front of me as they sat me on a genuine leather tall seat.
"Will wavy hair look good on you?" asked Maddy. No. I can't have my hair go back to being wavy curls. That's my old look. What if they recognize me?
Yeah, sure. Like it would really make a huge difference.
"No. no. Can I just get this look?" I pointed at the magazine to the girl who has a straight hair with bangs on the side.
"Okay, that's fine." Bridget said. Maddy informed the lady who was going to serve me.
After sitting for 2 and half hours, I was finally done. Maddy and Bridget got their pedicures and manicures while they waited for me.
"Voilà," the lady said as she spun the seat around so I can face the mirror. Whoa! I look gorgeous, I say. I look more alive with it.
"Wow," the two girls both said, simultaneously.
"Now, about the outfit," Bridget dragged her voice out.
"What?" I ask.
"Lets go to my favorite store," Maddy suggested. The two grabbed their things and waited for me outside. I grabbed my stuff and followed them out.
"Wait! How about you guys?" I asked.
"We don't have enough time. We'll go next time." Bridget answered. "Now, lets go get you new clothes." Maddy pulled my arm but I didn't move. I stayed where I stood making her jolt back.
"Come on, Landon said you need a new look." Maddy informed me.
"Landon?" I asked curiously.
"Yeah. He said to get you out and give you a new fresh look." Maddy said. What?
"Oh come on, let's go. The guys are waiting for us." Bridget said, tugging my arm.
When we got to the mall and into Maddy' favorite shopping store, Bridget already threw clothes on me to try on. They said that the guys were waiting for us at the arcade place.
After trying on a couple-- scratch that-- plenty of clothes, we headed to the food court where we were going to meet up with the guys. I was struggling to carry the shopping bags so Maddy and I went to put it in her car as Bridget headed to the guys.
"Damn," was what Ryan first said when he saw me. Ron whistled and Landon had a big smile.
"Thank you girls. You guys did a fine job." Landon referred to Bridget and Maddy.
Mason was just staring at me. He hasn't said a thing since I came. We finished dinner and we all went our separate ways. Ron, Ryan, and Landon went back to the arcade with the girls joining them and I went to the book store. Mason was acting weird tonight so I didn't have chance to talk to him.
"How to kill a mockingbird," I heard a familiar voice from behind as I held unto the book. "Never read it before?"
I turned to face Mason. "What are you doing here?" I asked.
"Well, we didn't get to talk." he says.
"It's your fault for acting weird. Don't like the new look?" I queried.
"Are you kidding me? I actually love it. You look more hot than ever and that's why I didn't get to talk to you."
"Because of the look?" I ask.
