CJ McCollum Encounters a Riding Giant - 11/21/18

Lord C.J. McCollum, The Blazing Wasp, was running reconnaissance in the Eastern Forest, logging his observations as he went. As a knight of the Western Forest, he found himself in a familiar yet daunting territory. The dense trees made it so that only slivers of sunlight could make it through to the ground he walked on.

Finally, he came to a clearing in the forest. The most light he had seen all day peaked from just above the hill located north of him. Suddenly, a wave of thick fog came through and darkened the area once again. McCollum turned his head quickly from side to side trying to understand the source of the sudden change.

That was when he saw him. A giant man riding a giant horse from the East. McCollum could only see him in a profile view, but he could see at least see his height. The man then stopped his horse and posed in the same profile position for a few tense moments. A ghastly howl belted out from the man, causing McCollum to step back in the beginnings of treat and cover his ears.

McCollum then saw a movement that would come to be the most frightening thing he would ever see. The man began to turn his head, very slowly at first. McCollum felt the sweat drop down the side of his face as the giant quickly completed his head turn to face him, revealing a massive, antler-adorned helmet silhouetted against the fog.
