Lebron James and Kyrie Irving Meet in Neutral Lands - 11/23/18

Old Vegas Town had no house or ruling lord and was therefore used on occasion as a neutral ground for interested parties to meet and discuss matters of consequence without being shackled by history or politics. It was understood amongst the houses of the Eastern and Western Territories that no magic or swordplay was allowed and that meetings could only take place outdoors in the vast, dry desert.

On one such occasion, two small carriages transporting King Lebron James, The Lion and Lord Kyrie Irving, The Praying Mantis stopped a stone's throw away from each other in the middle of the desert. The two legendary lords stepped out of their respective carriages at the same time, nodded to their body guards, and approached each other slowly. Moments after they stopped, King James called out to his former comrade.

"The fact that you accepted my invitation tells me you are wiser than you once were. There is much for us to discuss for I know that in a way, we share a common enemy. Please, tell me how your house has fared thus far."

Irving scowled and responded bluntly.

"...you first."

James exhaled in frustration and continued.

"Giannis Antetokounmpo, Lord of the Eastern Forest has been a known threat for several years now. On his own, he can be tamed, but a new threat has emerged..."

The Lion was referring to the lord of a mythical Eastern Forest that not only could grow and contract it's borders rapidly, but was also home to magic-wielding lords that could harness it's energy to vanquish any knight, no matter how powerful.

"...That threat is Damian Lillard, Lord of the Western Forest. It's border line expands after the sun sets every day. Despite our houses' bloody rivalry, we must work together to quell these threats lest the dark forests converge, engulfing the entire realm."

James extended his arm out to hand Irving an envelope with the words "Trade Details" written in cursive on the outside. Irving maintained his scowl and reached his hand out to accept the envelope as a single green leaf fluttered innocently in the wind between them.
