The room where I was left behind by the kind lady was absolutely stunning and had the height of a cathedral. There were benches placed here and there with intricately woven carpets and candles everywhere, giving it a homey feel. That homey feeling was enhanced by the fact that instead of the walls being all stone, there were murals of gorgeous wolves and beautifully carved wooden furniture. The floor however was made out of exquisite marble and looked like a mosaic. At the far end there were huge double doors giving access to a terrace overlooking the valley, this was probably the best view Wolfs Rock had to offer.

'It's stunning.' Calia whispered in the back of my mind.

'I know, but it's empty. Where is this goddess?'

Calia snickered and said. 'She's around. Can't you sense her?'

I shook my head and looked around. 'There is no one here.'

'That's because you do not believe in the fact that there is a moon goddess.' Calia countered, cutting right to the chase. 'You see with your eyes, not with your believe that there is a goddess to us wolves. I guess it's logical because you were never brought up that way.'

'Well, I can't believe what I cannot see. Can you see her?'

Calia laughed. 'Not through your eyes when you are in control, your vision is clouded.'

'Thanks a lot Calia.' I grimaced and offered. 'Then you take charge.'

I felt Calia getting exited. 'Sure, let's do that.'

As before I felt myself being pushed back into my own subconscious. With that my vision immediately changed. Calia was a lot more receptive to her surroundings and I could see what she meant by my vision being clouded. The room we were in was already stunning in my perspective but it was mesmerizing seeing it through her eyes. They murals and the mosaic on the floor were a lot more vibrant and the atmosphere in the room felt peaceful and serene.

A tingle in the back of my head made Calia aware of what was behind her and she looked around at the double doors that gave an open view of the valley and surrounding area.

She had been right, we were not alone.

The woman I saw in front of me was simply gorgeous. She was one of those perfect looking women who seemed ageless. Her long brown hair was wavy and cascaded down her back. She wore an long flowing white dress with green and golden trimmings. She seemed ethereal and well, that's was pretty logical because she actually was.

'Come my child.' She beckoned me and I felt Calia walking forward.

She sat down on one of the chairs and motioned me to do the same. When she sat down she pushed me back into my own conscious state.

'You are the vision dreamers child, are you not?' She looked at me, her brown eyes full of confidence and pride.

'You knew my mother, Ariane?' I wanted to know for sure we were talking about the same person. Who knows how many vision dreamers the goddess knew.

She smiled and with that flashed her white teeth. 'Yes, I even helped her give birth to you. She is a phenomenal wolf. Whatever happened to her?'

'She died at childbirth.' I answered.

Selene seemed shocked at that and stood up, pacing back and forth she mumbled. 'No that simply will not do. This wasn't supposed to happen.'

She glanced around me, looking for something else. 'Where is the other child? Did she not come with you, is she alright?'
