To speak a word would mean admitting to the world that you have something to say and then they require you to talk more and then they require you to hold conversations and interact then they tell you to come out of your comfort zone and then they except you to make new friends not even taking into consideration how scary it is for you to even enter a building without wanting to pluck every hair from your scalp and scream out loud but no you can't cause it's considered causing a scene,so now I have to keep in all my built of fear and anxiety because you're worried about there being a scene caused well I'm worried about everyone's eyes looking at me and judging me and having opinions on me but I would never dear say it cause I can barely speak a word or atleast I choose not to.
