A girl named Aven
My world is already fully broken
And torn and brutally battered down
Normal people wake up with smiles,even woods.
But when I wake up its nothing but frowns
You say Aven is a very strange name?
And I'd have to definitely agree
But what you may not know all to well
Is every name has its own little history...
So my mum was depressed
Quite down in fact
This started when she was 18
And she was raped at 21 by my current dad I add
And it's funny cause to me he was never mean
He took us in and they got married
But it was never ever a happy one
Cause the reason I was truly born
Is cause of liquor drank before the rise of sun
And after all this she became much more depressed
And even stopped going outside
Until she gave birth to me and named me after
All her flaws she tried so hard to hide
A for anxious
V for violated
E for empty
N for neglected
And all this made a girl called Aven
Equally as fucked up,equally as shy.
