53. Failed Proposal

Karan: Whatt? Shut up Khushi.. and Nihal? Come on.. that's very personal comment ok?

Nihal: I know I know.. I am so sorryy about thatt...

Janvi: ok ok guys.. chalo kha lo ab.. Khushi tera ho gaya na? Hum chale?

Khushi: Ohh haa.. chalo chalo di..

Karan: tum dono kaha jaa rahe ho?

Janvi: actually mujhe kuch kaam se bahar jaana hai aur mai akeli nahi jaana chahti so Khushi ko saath le jaa rahi hu

Karan: ohh.. ok!!

(Janvi and Khushi leave. Shiv too leaves after a while faking an urgent call. Jannu takes her at the seashore)

Janvi: Khushi tum yahi ruko mai jaake aati hu.. shayad thoda time lagega.. chaho to beach par jaa aao...

Khushi: ok di.. jaldi aana..
(Jannu leaves and Khushi stands at the footpath built around the seashore admiring beauty of the sea. The was mesmerized by the huge and strong night waves hitting the beach when someone kept hand on her shoulder and she turned around to see Shiv)
Shiv?? Tum yaha? Tum.. yaha itni raat ko kya kar rahe ho? Jannu di ne to kaha tha tum busy ho isliye unke saath mai aa gayi thi...

Shiv: Shhh... bass mere saath chalo..

Khushi: chalo? Kaha chalo? Di ne kaha hai wo aa rahi hai.. unhe lekar chalte hai..

Shiv: Khushi jyada vaqt nahi lagega.. I promise..

Khushi: Umm.. ok...
(He walks her to a nearby garden)
Tum mujhe yaha kyu laaye ho? Jannu di aa jayengi waha..

Shiv: Actually.. I.. I want t.. to.. tell you something...

Khushi: (in mind: ab kya naya shock dena hai ise?) Haa.. b.. bolo..
(He kneeled down on his knees and forwarded her a flower bouquet)

Shiv: Khushi... Maine pehle hi bohot der laga di isliye ab mai gol gol baatein nahi karunga.. seedhi baat hai ki I don't know kab aur kaise but eventually I fell for you.. I love you.. kya tum.. meri.. gi.. girlfriend banogi?

Khushi: (shocked) (in mind: What?? Ye.. ye ho kya raha hai? Ye kaise ho sakta hai? He loves me? Kal hi to maine suna tha wo Arpita se kya baat kar raha tha.. uske baad how can you say you love me Shiv? Did you just propose to me?)
(Everything started revolving in her head from her crush, friendship, discovering she is married, Shiv is her husband and then his thoughts on marriage. She couldn't think straight)
(In mind: mai tumhe ha ya na kaise keh sakti hu Shiv? Ye kya kiya tumne? Pehle meri uljhan kaunsi kam thi ki tumne aur badha di? Mai tumhe kaise aur kya jawab du?)

Shiv: Khushi.. kuch to Kaho na..

(Tears make way through her eyes and she runs away and reaches back to the car while Jannu looks at her coming back and walks towards her)

Janvi: Khushi... Ho gaya mera kaam.. chale?

Khushi: h.. haa...

Janvi: (in mind: iski aakho mein aasu kyu hai? Aur ye Shiv ke saath kyu nahi hai? Kya hua hoga? Shitt.. kahi Khushi ne mana to nahi kar diya? Shiv.. wo kaisa hoga? Use chhodke kaise jau? Aur.. Khushi.. Khushi ko pata bhi chalne nahi de sakti mujhe pata hai Shiv yaha hai karke..)
