Sweet pea takes my hand helping me get into the Jacuzzi, I sit down and he puts his arm around me.
"I don't know about you guys, but I'm feeling better already" v takes a sip of her margarita "Yeah it's great to finally relax after the whole black hood vendetta" Archie adds
"This was crazy, I'm glad it's over" betty leans back "Very crazy, remember when the two of you kissed in the night before you caught the wrong black hood?" Jughead points at betty Archie with his glass
With big eyes I first look at sweet pea, who chuckles amused, and then to the others "You guys kissed" "It was a small kiss due to this the end of the world feeling" Archie explains but I feel he is uncomfortable so I don't dig in deeper. But Ronnie does, "well it was with tongue and everything" she says cross
"I thought you said you were fine with it" Archie says "You did too" betty faces Jughead who clearly wasn't fine with it "Well to clear the air amongst us" Ronnie gets up "Jughead and I should kiss" taking a sip oh her drink
"What?" Archie doesn't seem to happy about her proposition and jug chuckles "Veronica, are you nuts?" Archie tries to get the idea out of her head while sweet pea and I look at each other smirking and enjoying the whole drama.
"Well, wait a minute, I don't know. Hold on." Jughead stands up as well "Veronica and I, kissing? Might help to, uh... what's the--? What's the sports term, Archie? Uh... level the playing field?" He points at his friend
"Betty? A little help here?" "You're not upset though, jug." She speaks up "No, really, I'm not upset" I don't know if he just wants disclosure or if he wanted to stuff Archie, but he clearly is upset.
"Right" betty nods her head, not believing him either "But I am human" he really is going to do that, isn't he? "Are they always that dramatic?" Sweet Pea whispers in my ear amused by the tantrum they're throwing I nod and he leans in for a kiss
Biting my lip he whispers "You never kissed anyone else, did you?" "Never" I reply between breaths "And you'll never kiss any of these" sweet pea nods in their direction "Oh hell no" he pulls me on his lap "good, cause I don't want to kiss any of them" he laughs but I pull away from the kiss when I see Vugheads kiss from the corner of my eye
An "oh lord" escapes my mouth "Get it, jones" sweet pea cheers laughingly for jug. Archie leans back in annoyance and betty sadly licks the sugar off her glass.
"Guess the mood is officially ruined" I look at sweet pea who replies with a wink "How about we brighten it up a bit, if you know what I mean" oh I sure do, so I take his hand and we sneak back to our room.
Still a bit wet we drop on the bed but the others must have returned to their room as well because we hear the rattling and squeaking again, only this time from the other room.
