"Come on. We don't want to be late for our SATs" I hurry my boyfriend. "Ye chill I'm ready" taking my hand as we make our way to his motorcycle. This is what I decided to wear:

We arrive at the room and sit down. "Good luck kiss?" A smirk on his lips but I pull him close by the collar of his leather jacket and kiss him but then the teacher starts explaining everything bla bla bla.
It was actually pretty good, I'm not gonna say it was easy because let's face it I'm not the loves maths kinda girl, but I still have a good feeling. But it seems like not everyone is as prepared because after not too much time arch stands up and runs outside. V wants to follow him But isn't allowed.
During this whole trouble sweet pea kicks against my leg getting my attention with a desperate expression on his face. So I slip my paper to the corner of my desk where he could see it.
Later on i receive a call from veronica. "Hey...J?" She sounds sad "V, is everything alright?" I question "Can you come to the hospital? Room 260" and she hangs up.
Doesn't sound good so I better hurry. Arriving at the hospital I walk to the counter "hello Julia, please tell me you didn't hurt yourself. You already are a regular" a nurse welcomes me. "Well, this time I'm not here for me and I can't promise anything" I laugh "I'm here for Lodge, room 260" She nods and points the way.
Outside a door Ronnie sits on a chair, looking down. "Ronnie? What happened?" Approaching her. "My dad got shot. And I think it was archie" monotone "What? Oh my lord, is your dad ok? Is he alive?"
As an answer she nods into the direction of the door "he's gonna make it... probably" I look through the glass sequence of the door "do you... do you know who it was?" I hesitate a bit
"No, but you know who stormed out of the SATs today and shortly after my dad is brought here, shot in his stomach" "No... you think it was archie?" "He always thought daddy was after him so it wouldn't surprise me... that's why I just broke up with him" "Oh no" I gasp "I'm so sorry V" I hug her and she starts sobbing.
~Meanwhile at doileys bunker Jughead walks closer and already hears fangs sobbing, which gets louder as he steps into the bunker "fangs, sweet pea. What happened?"
Fangs kneeling on the floor while sweet pea tries pulling him back up "Don't touch him"
"Tall boy was trying to escape" fangs hysterically screaming while pointing to the dead, bloody corpse on the floor "I don't know. It was an accident" "You gotta believe us" sweet pea desperate "what are we gonna do, Jones? Look at him"
"What do we do?" "I told him not to come at me like that" both screaming at once until Jughead has enough "Shut up! Let me think!" He shouts and quiet fills the room and you can hear them exhaling then sighing.
Fangs starts crying when Jughead has an idea "We're gonna throw a party" Fangs and sweet pea are confused but have no other choice than agreeing.
~Back at the hospital I get a call from Jughead "I'm just gonna take this" and veronica nods "Hello?" "Jules, we need to throw a party can you c-?" I hear upset voices in the back while Jughead talks "Gives this to me" sweet pea in the background "Julia? Babe? Please come home, we need your help. Something really bad happend" he doesn't sound like him at all. His usually cool and cocky tone turned into whimpering. "I'll be there" I sigh
I have no other choice but say goodbye to veronica and rush home. The three boys stand around the armchair when I arrive. As soon as they see me, sweet pea walks up to me and hugs me tightly, laying his head on my mine.
"What happend?" I ask calmly when everyone received a hug. "We- we were in the bunker watching over tall boy" fangs starts stuttering "Tall boy?" I ask irritated "isn't he dead or something?"
"He was the gargoyle king" jug explains and I have flashbacks to Halloween. "What? Why-why would he do that?" "Its a long story, I'll tell you later but-" "He was coming at us and so-" sweet pea interrupts Jughead. "I shot him" fangs cries "and now he's dead"
I don't know what to say "Please just say something" sweet pea begs "Oh" is the only thing that escapes my mouth "okay... it's gonna be alright. We can do this"
They sigh "ok so were throwing a party" jug explains the rest to me while we prepare everything.
It's already dark outside and the party is going pretty well except for the fact that sweet pea and fangs are shitting their pants. "Here take that and relax" I press each a beer into their hands. "We're freaking out" sweet pea whispers
"Hey, just keep it together, guys, okay?" Jug comes for support. "It was an accident" I reasure them "As far as anyone knows, tall boy's been exiled. I exiled him" jug continues calmly "We just--" sweet pea clings to his beer "Relax" Jughead whispers and with every second that passes it's harder for me to relax and stay calm. I'm getting deeper into this that I'd like to.
"Party like your life depends on it" jug between gritted teeth and walks away. "Serpents!" Jumping on a truck "We have a lot to celebrate" clapping into his hand one time "we finally unmasked our for, the gargoyle king. Hiram lodge, the man in black, is down for the count. And tonight, we are welcoming back one of our own, fangs fogarty"
All the serpents cheer and I force out a smile. But our happiness is crushed by the sound of sirens wailing in the distance. The sheriff's car pulls up right in front of Jughead.
"God, they know about tall boy" fangs starts freaking out. The car door opens and exposes indistinct police radio chatter and the sheriff. "Fuck" sweet pea hisses.
But when the sheriff steps into the light we see who it is... "Dad" Jugheads confused "Sheriff Jones now, boy" fp winks and I can feel the boys next to me loosen up.
"Listen up!" The new sheriff screams "you're looking at the new law in Riverdale" and we all start cheering again. But all this happiness went away as fast as it came when sweet pea and I lay next to each other this night.
"I killed someone" he whispers "I thought fangs pulled the trigger" "Accessory to murder..." I sigh, pulling his head closer to my chest "Now that Fp is the new sheriff everything will be alright. He won't press charges... never would"
