I look at myself in the mirror.
Who are you?
I ask my reflection as if it's going to respond me. I'm not an idiot not to realize that there is a big part missing in me. All of those unexpected circumstances lead me to one thing; I still don't know who I really am.
I'm a stranger to myself.
And I hella want to find the missing pieces. I want to know my self, the real one. I want to stare at my reflection without a single question at all. Unlike now, I'm like staring at a blank slate.
Napatitig ako sa aking batok.
It's not just a simple dream, I knew it. Here's the proof. I have this mark in me which I cannot trace where could I possibly get it except for the scenario in my dreams which is still vivid and fresh in my mind.

And who is that woman back there? She keeps me thinking really hard the whole time.
I heard several knocks from my door so I immediately covered the mark.
"Alexis? Aren't you done yet?" It was France.
We're preparing for the Victory Party, and it has already started an hour ago. We all decided to ditch the first part of the party. It's boring, they say. So we'll be there for the next part, the awarding ceremony, then the loud party.
"Just a moment!" sigaw ko sa kanya.
"Okay. Take your time."
Muli kong tinignan ang sarili ko. I'm wearing a simple blue dress. I didn't know that I have this one, maybe Auntie Cynthia really did a great job packing the things I need.
The design is simple and elegant. I love it because I'm so comfortable with it. My long straight hair is on ponytail. I fixed my hair for the last time before I decided to come out.
Nang makalabas na ako ay napatigil sila at napatitig sa akin. Mukhang tapos na rin sila at handa nang lumabas.
"What's with your stares?" nagtataka kong tanong.
"You're damn gorgeous, Alexis Donn!" France exclaimed with slight giggles.
"I'm not really comfortable with your remark," natatawa kong sabi. I'm just simple.
Emily and France are undeniably beautiful. Emily is wearing a blue dress like mine, the color coding is according to our Households. Nakalugay lang ang buhok niya dahil hindi naman ito kahabaan. Ngunit kung ikokompara sa una naming pagkikita, mapapansin mo na medyo humaba ang buhok niya. France is wearing an ash gray dress. Her hair is elegantly braided.
Narinig kong napasipol si Nicholas Fieldrich.
"Mukhang mapapabantay kami ng maigi ni Matthias ngayong gabi," nakangisi niyang sabi.
"Yeah right." Natatawang napatango si Matthias.
"Quit it already. I wanna dance whoever I want during the party," reklamo naman ni France.
Tinapik ni Nicholas si Matthias.
"So harsh," bulong niya kay Mat na nagpasimangot sa kanya.
Napangiti ako nang bahagya. It's at this moment when I realize that I'm the only one here without that so called party-partner.
"Let's go."
"Ladies first."
Pinagbuksan pa kami ng pinto nina Nicholas at Matthias. Napatingin ako sa kanila. They're insanely dashing.
