Tiana

I barely ate anything. I mean I should be over this right. Of course I should have expected this. Instead here I was feeling like shit.

Tristan sighed and pulled the plate away from me. "You want to watch a movie?"

I shook my head.

He picked up the plates and carried them over to the sink. Staring down at the table clothe, I started to tug on the loose thread.

"Tiana this has got to stop..." Tristan turned my chair around, he then stooped down to my eye level. When did he get back in here? "You haven't ate a single thing for the past week."

"Am just not hungry." What's the use, of eating when I'm just only going to end up carrying back up everything I've eaten.

"Its not good for you." He said scowling.

Taking my hands into his, he pressed a kiss to my knuckles. A shiver ran through my body. I haven't been feeling up to doing much of anything lately. Recently I've been so tired. Most days I can hardly move from out, of the bed because I'm so exhausted. I haven't mentioned this to Tristan, because I didn't want him to worry. With his deadline right, around the corner, I wanted him to focus on his book. I didn't want to be a nuisance.

"I'll be fine. I wrote something today." I said, changing the subject as quickly as possible.

"That's good."

"I had a little inspiration and so I just took up the pen and started to jot down a few things. Out of nowhere I realized that I wrote four chapters."

"That's good, I am proud of you." Tristan said, he gave me a closed lipped, smile. Which caused my heart beat to accelerate.

I smiled, at him weakly.

Tristan's eyebrows furrowed. Clearing his throat, he glanced at me. "Do you want to talk about what happened Monday, evening?"

"No I um don't want to think about it."

Tristan nodded, his head. "Alright, I won't push. Just know that I'm here whenever you want to talk." Patting me on the leg, he stood up.

Getting up out of the chair, I headed to the sitting room. Sitting in one of the many three seat couches, I curled into a small ball. I heard Tristan shuffle into the sitting room minutes later.

He tugged on my hair, and I eased up a bit so that he would be able to sit down. My head bumped against his powerful thighs, after he settled down. His fingers threads through my hair lazily.

"I'm sorry, I haven't been myself lately."

"Its alright."

I nipped my lips, rolling over on my back. I stared up at him. "Why are you so patient with me?"

"Because, I understand what you're going through and I know it's not easy."

"But..."

His thumb grazed my lips. "No buts Tiana. You're not forcing me to be here. I am still here because I love you and I...." Tristan's mouth, snapped close, when he realized what he just said.

Butterflies swarms my stomach. "... you love me?" I rasped. I thought he said, he was falling in love with me. I never expected him to say the L-Word.

"Yes. I believe I'm fully there now."
