I walked around Neverland, trying to find Michael.

"Michael?!" I called out, my voice echoing in the empty home.

I sighed, rubbing my tiny bump.

I walked down the hallway, finding a door slightly open.

Maybe he's in here? I smirked, opening the door a little more.

"Michael?" I cooed, slowly entering the room.

I smirked, seeing Michael reading books in his library.

"What are you doing here alone?" I smirked, walking closer to him.

Michael's eyes widened as he quickly shut his book. "I'm um.." He looked around as he hurriedly hide his papers.

"Reading." He said, looking guilty but acting innocent.

I smirked, sitting beside him. "Really? Just reading?" I asked, raising an eyebrow.

Michael nodded, staring at me intensely.

I chuckled, "Come on, Michael. What were you really doing?" I asked, wrapping an arm around him.

Michael sighed loudly, "I was studying.." He admitted.

I furrowed my eyebrows, "Studying for what?" I softly asked.

Michael looked at me, "I'm graduating soon.." He softly admitted, blushing.

I smiled, "I didn't know you haven't graduated. I thought Joseph cared about your education and career?" I asked, moving some curls away from his face.

Michael frowned, "We got so popular that it got to the point Joseph only cared about our music.." Michael sighed.

"Oh.." I quietly said.

"When were you planning on telling me?" I smirked.

Michael sighed. "Well.. Let me explain to you this. I'm getting an honorary degree. It's going to make it official." Michael explained.

"Why didn't you tell me?" I softly asked, feeling a little sad.

Michael looked to the ground. "I felt too embarrassed to bring it up.." He quietly said.

I chuckled, "I would've seen the pictures somewhere, Michael!"

Michael glared at me, "Don't believe everything you see." He sternly said.

I sighed, "I know, Michael." I nudged him, "Lighten up a bit." I joked.

Michael frowned, "I'm just a little stressed..." Michael admitted.

I pouted, "Aw, poor Mikey." I smirked, rubbing his back.

Michael chuckled, "How are you feeling?" He softly asked.

I shrugged, "I'm a little better. The medication is working." I weakly smiled.

Michael nodded, "That's good." He softly said, getting up from the couch.

"When are you graduating?" I asked.

"Tomorrow." Michael said.

I slowly nodded. Short notice but it's not like I was planning on anything.

"Hey, um.." Michael quietly said, scratching the back of his head as he looked at me.

"You're invited to come along when I graduate. I-I believe they said Whitney Houston was going to be there." Michael softly said, rubbing his hands together intensely.

I smiled, "Sounds lovely, Michael. We're going together, right?" I asked.

Michael nodded, "Of course! You're my g-" Michael stopped himself.
