I stared at the clock in front of me.

5 AM.

I sighed as I slowly got up from the bed, trying not to make a sound.

I heard Kevin groan as he turned around in the bed.

I sighed, slipping my clothes back on.

"Mia?" Kevin hoarsely said.

My eyes widened as I slowly turned around. "Yeah?" I softly said.

Kevin rubbed his eyes as he sat up. "Where are you going?" He furrowed his eyebrows.

"I should be going home." I softly said.

Kevin watched me get out of bed.

"Why?" He asked.

I sighed, looking at him. "Michael's gonna get worried, Kevin." I said.

Kevin sighed loudly, "What does that have to do with anything?" He asked. I hinted irritation in his voice.

"It's complicated, Kevin." I said, looking at myself in the mirror.

I don't look like a complete mess.. Sure, my hair isn't as neat as yesterday..

"Are you two together or something?" He asked.

My head snapped towards his direction. "No, Kevin. We're just good friends. He's just very protective over me." I said, walking towards him.

Kevin pouted his lips. "Can I take you out again sometime?" He asked, playing with my straps.

I blushed, "Sure, Kevin." I shyly said.

Kevin smirked as he planted a small kiss on my lips. "I'll call you then." He winked at me.

"And you'll see me on the set." I said.

Kevin sighed, "Right... I have work today." He said, laying back down.

I chuckled, "I'll be there. It'll be fine." I smirked.

"Now, I've gotta get going." I said as I walked towards the door.

I opened his bedroom door, giving Kevin one last look.

He bit his lip as he smirked at me.

I blushed, walking out of the bedroom.

At least Michael isn't up yet..Hell, no one is up yet.

I walked out of his apartment.

I'm a new woman. Mia Gordy, welcome to adulthood. I smiled at myself while I tried to catch a taxi.

I slowly opened the front door of The Jackson's home.

No lights on. Not a single sound.. Peaceful. I smiled to myself.

I walked towards the stairs as I tip-toed up the stairs.

Thankfully, this isn't an old staircase.

I slowly walked down the hallway, heading towards my room.

I smiled widely. And yet I didn't make a single sound. Yes!

I slowly walked into my room, closing the door behind me.

I sighed, feeling relieved.

"Where have you been, Mia?" I heard Michael's voice in the dark.

I gasped, "Michael?" I asked, turning on a lamp.

"What the heck are you doing in my room? Better question, why are you in my bed?!" I softly shouted.
