Peter squints at the paper in front of him as he repeatedly taps his pencil against the desk. How in the hell was he supposed to take a test on something he was never taught?

He shoots a stressed glance at Ned who looks equally puzzled. "Do you get numbe seven?" He whispers to his friend. Ned looks up at him with wide eyes and shakes his head.

"I don't get number one Peter." Peter grins slightly at that and angles his papaer toward Ned so he can at least get the first few done. So what it's cheating? They're friends and it's not like it matters.

Ned shoots him a grateful look and copies down the few answers Peter has. "Peter Parker to the office. Peter Parker to the office." A voice says over the intercom. Peter jolts in shock and hears Flash snickering.

"Someone's in trouble." Flash mocks. Peter rolls his eyes and stands up. "May I go to the office, sir?" He asks the teacher politely. "Of course, Mister Parker." He responds and Peter gets up, waving at Ned.

His friends shoots him a grin and Peter heads down the hallway, wondering why he was going to the office. Was May okay? Did Mister Stark finally need him for a mission?

He pushes open the office door and stops in his tracks. His eyes widen when he sees men dressed in black with guns, body armor and handcuffs. Cops? No they sure as hell don't look like the NYPD.

"Uh, I was called?" He squeaks. The men turn to him. "Peter Parker. You are under arrest for violation of the Sokovia accords." One says and they both grab his arms roughly, yanking them behind his back painfully.

He cries out, his heart beating wildly. The people in the office were staring with wide eyes. "I don't- what did I do? Where are you taking me?" He rushes out, his breaths coming out in short ragged gasps.

"You know very well what you did, Spider-Man." One growls and they start taking him down the hall. He sees teachers and students spill out into the hall, staring with wide horrified eyes and talking with panic laced in their voices.

"What's going on?"

"Why are they taking Peter?"

"What did Parker do?"

Then, "Peter!" His head snaps toward his friend's voice and there are hot anxious tears forming in his eyes. "Peter what's happening?!" His best friend cries as Peter is dragged down the hall.

"Mister Stark!" He chokes, "Call Mister Stark! Phone's in my bag!" He calls and then he's outside and there are reporters and his tears spill and he's a hundred and two percent sure he's having a panic attack.

"Please-I don't-I can't- I can't breath." He gasps out, his vision starting to darken. The next thing he knows, he's shoved in a vehicle and everything fades away.
