a holiday i loathes.
i don't see a point in having a holiday about your partner when you should celebrate them everyday.
niall wakes up from beside me, and walk towards the bathroom.
i groans and roll over to get up.
"why are you so excited today, ni?"
niall look out the door to look at me.
"why are you not? it's valentine day!"
i rolls my eyes.
"look, i know you despise valentine day, but just enjoy it. it's a day where you can truly feel the love in the air."
"gag, we should feel the love everyday. besides, all the single people have no point today."
"actually, they do. they have friends."
i gag once again, and niall run downstairs. i walk after him, and when i got to the bottom of the stairs, i gasp.
"why is there rose petals everywhere?"
"because i think it's romantic."
i laughs, "i guess it is. but also a mess, but i appreciate it."
"that's not all, i also got you a necklace, here."
i open the box and i see a beautiful silver cord with a rose gold crown.
"thank you, ni. i'll be back."
i run upstairs to grab niall's present.
i may not believe in valentine day, but i know he does.
"here, babe. i hope you like it."
he open the box to find a watch that he had been wanting for a long time.
"oh my god, thank you! (y/n), you're the best."
we kiss, and i decides.
valentine's day isn't all that bad with niall by my side.
