Your blood ran cold, your skin tingled and you stopped breathing for a few seconds. The circus?

"W-Wait... why?" You stummered in shock and disbelief. Everybody gave you a worried and suspicious look but proceeded to turn their attention back to the main topic.

"The pandoric energy is coming together there. Not only that, Luka felt Concorde's presence at the circus." Elizabeth explained. You couldn't believe what you were hearing. The shock was deep and your grip around the reins got pretty strong, but you weren't pulling on them like last time. Neverless it was strong enough to make your knuckles turn white underneath your gloves.

"What should we do?" Lisa asked. "I must confess, I don't know" Elizabeth sighed in despair. That was really surprising for everybody, this is the first time she is at a loss for words. Silence filled the whole meeting, it was practically audible how everybody's minds were pondering for a solution. Every mind except yours.

"How about we go check on the situation first" Luka suggested.

"We?" You asked as you raised an eyebrow. Elizabeth quickly cut in to prevent you from killing the boy with questions.

"Linda, Luka, [Y/N], please go to the circus and look if you can find Concorde there. In case you find him, do your best to rescue him"

"What makes you think he's in danger?" You lightly snapped. The stress was getting a bit too much to handle and you weren't thinking clearly.

Alex looked at you in confusion. "Probably because of the pandoric energy. [Y/N] are you--"

"Alex, if you dare to ask me if I'm feeling well, I'll leave this meeting right now."

There was a significant pause and everybody looked at you with shock on their faces. Not even [H/N] said a single thing. After a moment of calming down you decided that it's probably better to back down.

"I'm sorry..." you mumbled as you let your features soften. Alex trotted next to you and wordlessly held your hand as Elizabeth brought the attention back to her. Alex reaction kind of confused you since you didn't expected it and it was really sudden.

"So the plan is clear?" Elizabeth asked.

"Yes. When do we start?" Linda asked.

"I'd recommend we go now. The faster we know what's going on, the faster we can react. And no one will expect us to come at night, right?" You said with fake confidence. You only recommended that so you can know how Ydris is involved into all of this and put all the puzzle pieces together.

Elizabeth seemed really puzzled concerning your mood, but proceeded to reply with "Sounds like a plan. [Y/N], Luka, Linda good luck and bring our friend home"

--Time Skip--

The ride to Nilmers Highland was surprisingly relaxing. You all chatted along and shared various theories about the pandoric energy and how, or if, Concorde is connected to it. But there still was tension in the air. You knew both, Linda and Luka, wanted to ask about your mood swings, but also knew it's the best to just let it slip.

You just passed the creepy farm at Nilmers Highland when you heard Luka ask "What is this?" He pointed towards the tent and you let out a gasp of surprise. Linda seemed pretty stunned too. There was a gigantic pinkish bubble covering the whole meadow!
