That's it... you thought. This is how the night will end and Aideen knows what will happen afterwards.

All of a sudden a flash of dark light hit Ryan and sent him flying back into the same wall, this time knocking him out completely. Wondering what the hell just happened, your blurred vision could make out four black hooves and two riding boots hitting the ground. The person approached you and bent down.

"You're a complete disaster, you know that?" You recognized the voice and burst out laughing.

"I 'ave no i-idea wha you talkin' bout." You slurred, rolling to lay on your back. Genuine shock took over your saviours features.

"How much did you drink?"

"Nothiiiin~"

The person shook their head with a grunt and scooped you into their arms.

"Oh nooo~ Someon' help me~"

"Do you ever shut up?" Silence filled the air and you slowly felt your consciousness slip away. Right there, into your enemy's arms.

--Time Skip--

Your eyes fluttered open, hazy at first and slowly realizing that you can't recognize the room you're in second. They wandered around until they landed on the person who saved you last night, widening in shock. You flinched as the person stood up.

"Relax, if I had bad intentions you'd be somewhere else by now" You couldn't quite tell what that thing in their voice was, neither why you were in their bedroom. You began to sit up.

"How are you feeling?" The person asked, climbing onto the bed.

"Why would you care, Amber?"

"Well, you don't find your enemy getting almost raped every night."

"What...?"

It was just then when you realized you couldn't remember what happened last night. If this is true, why on earth would she...?

"You should watch the wound on your head. It looks nasty."

Instinctively, your hand went to touch your head. A soft material brushed against it. Did she take care of your injuries?

You flinched again as you felt Amber's fingers under your chin. She carefully moved your head, exposing your neck.

"Darko hit you pretty well..." Amber's voice grew softer. She stared at the now fading bruise and obvious burns for a brief moment before releasing you again.

"Here, that should help" Amber pulled out a little bag from her hoodie pocket, handing it to you. Still observing her with caution, you took it. "Mix it with a bit water and put it on your neck. That should help." She smiled.

"What ensures me you're not trying to kill me? And why are you helping me?"

Amber's smile fell. She took her gaze away from you, towards the ground and looked... sad?

"They really didn't tell you, didn't they...?" She asked with a whisper. Your confusion only grew.

"Who? Tell what?"

"God, the Druids. How can someone so powerful be so dumb?"

Slightly offended you took your glare away from Amber, now looking at the mirror attached to her closet. You noticed you weren't wearing the turtleneck sweater anymore, instead a plain black shirt. Did she--

"Have you never wondered why you could use dark magic while you were under our control?"

Your attention snapped back to Amber, realizing that you actually never thought about it. How's that possible? It's impossible to turn Soul Powers into dark one's, so how could you use them?
