Lady Palutena Is Not The One

*Pit's POV*

Oh my. Palutena doesn't seem to happy. In fact, she seems really annoyed.

Right now, it's second class and I see Palutena's in the same class as me,  Mr. Blocker's Shield ethics and control class, but for some reason Lady Palutena decided to sit away from me. Kinda like she's avoiding me....

She only ever does that when someone or something had ticked her off. The teacher went on and on about what our temporary shields are made of and the duration of them in a fight.
Though I don't think anyone was paying attention. They were either stuck in their own heads, whispering to each other when the teacher was turned away, or asleep.

I was one of the one's that were stuck in my head as I watched Lady Palutena for at least a hint as to why she seemed so annoyed. Oh well, I guess the answer will reveal it self sooner or later.

*Time Skip*

Yes! Class was finally over! That must have been one of the most boring lectures I ever attended. And I thought Lady Palutena's were bad.

I was walking in the hall on my to my dorm.

"PIT! HELP ME!" I hear a familiar voice yell from behind me.
I turn around and see Lady Palutena running towards me then pulls me in front of her like she was using me for cover against something.

"Uh, Lady Palutena? What's wrong?" I ask still confused on the situation.

"I have a big problem and he won't leave me alone. " she told me and then I hear her mumble.

"First it was carrying my books, the it was waking me and Lucina up at 3am in the morning just so we can go for a walk and now he is following me." I hear her mumbling. I guess that was why Lady Palutena seemed so ticked. She is not a morning person so if you wake her up early she will not be happy. I already made that mistake once.

"Someone is following you? Who?"" I question.

"Hello beloved..."  I hear behind me and then feel Palutena jump up as she turns me as her cover to face the problem. It was Ike....aka the womeniser.

"Ike, why are you bothering Lady Palutena. It's obvious she is not happy about it." I say towards him.

"Eh, She is just playing hard to get. She'll come around." He laughs out.

"Um, you two can continue to talk it out. I'm leaving!" Lady Palutena exclaims then runs off towards the dorms.

I sigh and Ike just stares at me. " welp, there she goes...again. I don't understand, it's like everyone is immune to my charm here. I tried flirting with Peach, Corrin, and Palutena but they don't take to it. They either run away or I end up getting punched." Ike states as he sits down on a near by bench.

I decide to sit next to him and hear him out. Gotta make friends some how, right?

"Well maybe Lady Palutena and those girls aren't meant for you. Maybe try finding a girl who will take to your charm and is a morning person." I advise. Ike gives me a confused look. "Lady Palutena does not like waking up early. I guess you can say she is definitely not the definition of a morning person." I say to him so he can understand what I meant on the last part I stated.

"I guess your right....I guess Palutena is not the one I should flirt with." He said with a sigh of defeat.

"Does that mean you will leave her alone from now on?" I ask for confirmation.

"Yep!" He says out loud.

"Cool, i will let her know later." I say with a big smile.

"Nah, I will let her know. Besides, I got to apologize for the constant stalking and waking her up early this morning."

"Ok!" The conversation kinda went dead after that. I decided to bring something up to kill that deadness though.

"So what did Lady Palutena do to ya when you woke up early this morning?" I asked curious.

"Excuse me?" Ike said obviously confused as to what I was asking about.

"Oh well, you know Lady Palutena is not a morning person so she is not happy when awaken. What I am asking is what she did to ya? For example, I woke her up early one time and let's just it was flight training for the rest of that day." I explain, remembering the  pain-filled day.

"Oh well Palutena didn't do anything to me. Though I did wake her with my loud knocking,it was Lucina who was the one who opened the door and she gave me a solid punch to the gut then slammed the door on me as I was yelping out in pain. I guess Lucina isn't much of a morning person either." He laughs out loud, and we both continue to laugh out loud for a minute until we were told to leave the hall by Ms.Sinarc. Ike almost decided to tempt fate and ask why, but I covered his mouth and dragged him away from the hall towards the courtyard, worried for my new friend. I then explained to him about what happened to Link on the first day of school.

Ike was greatful but stubborn saying stuff like 'I could take her on!' And 'I am so much better then her!' And 'She could throw any punch and I could take it'. He went on like that for about five minutes and continued on wards. Little did he know that the teacher herself was standing behind Ike and she didn't seem happy.

Ike continued on with his rant as I began to try to warn him but it was too late. Ike got sent flying by
Ms.Sinarc all the way up into the air until we could no longer see him.
Ms.Sinarc walked away into one of the other halls and I continued to stare up into the sky looking for a sign of Ike.

After waiting a while, I finally saw Ike and watched as he quickly smashed into the ground creating a small little crater in the school court yard.

Ike was unconscious but alive at least. I stayed sitting on a court yard bench watching waiting till he woke up. It didn't take long until Ike was finally up and moving again.

"What happened?" He said as he stared at me.

"Ms.Sinarc..." I simply stated.

"Oh...yeah..." He says as if remembering now.

We decided to sit around and talk for awhile then we went our separate ways. I was going to my dorm and finally going to relax and of course deal with Pittoo after a long day.

*slight time skip*

*Ike's POV*

I was knocking on the door of Palutena's and Lucina's dorm room.

Thankfully Palutena answered cause I really don't want to be hit again. Knowing Lucina too well, she would not hesitate to hurt me again for this morning.

"What do you want now Ike?" I hear Palutena ask with an annoyed 'I am done with this crap' kind of voice.

"I wanted to apologize for the stalking and the other things that I've done." I say with a sigh. "I know now that it was all wrong and I hope we continue onwards as friends."

Palutena looked at me with a surprised face as if not expecting the apology. I don't blame her on that either.

"I accept your apology, Ike. Just don't wake me up early again and we could be good friends." Palutena says with a big smile and a chuckle

"Also, it's ok to flirt but don't get carried away with it like you have been for these past two days.What I am saying is be more yourself than anything. Don't go around flirting and expecting every girl flirt with to immediately like you, ok?" She advises me and I nod a 'yes' with a smile happy that she accepted my apology and to have her as at least a friend. I was worried with all I've done that she wouldn't forgive and that she would treat me as if I was an enemy everyday.

We both then said our goodbyes cause Palutena apparently had some work she had to still do for her first class and I decided to head towards my dorm for a nap. Because getting up at 3am also takes a huge tole on people like me, even if I am a morning person.

Ok, so I have noticed my grammar isn't that great when it comes down to writing these. I will try to do better. It is mainly because I write these chapters at night when I am sleepy. I don't know why but I do. The same goes for when I draw. I am only ever in the mood to draw when I am really tired.
