I cant believe its Monday i said to myself while searching for what to wear. I've been under medication since on Friday, but thank God i got better that Friday but still mum thinks I'm just faking it. "Finally" i said to myself pulling out a white gown from my wardrobe .

Immediately i got down from the car my weird friend almost chocked me with her tight hug. "Girl i missed you" she said I just rolled my eyes "as if she didn't visit me on Saturday" i said smiling
"Keee guess what?" She said starring right into my eyes "What?" I asked She started telling me everything that happened on Friday stressing on when Mr Mubarak asked her if i was okay. "Please let me know if shes okay" like he really opened his mouth and said this fa Asiya kept nagging i just smiled and dragged her to class.
All this time i was just thinking about how i will approach him for my makeup test.
"Zarah can we talk in my office please" he asked "Sure" I replied as i stood up following him out of the class doing hand signal for Asiya to wait for me right there.
"I hope you're okay now?" He asked right after offering me a chair to sit down "Im fine now Alhamdulillah" I answered smiling nervously
"So when do you want to write the makeup test?" He asked without looking up to even look at me 🙄🙄 thats so mean my inner voice said "Within this week sir" I answered "Can I write it on Wednesday or Friday after lectures" i asked "Friday it is" he said I just looked at him and my mind was like "seriously Mr you didn't even let me decide for myself" "Thank you" i said as i stood up and left his office
I met Asiya waiting for me outside our classroom. "Details!!!!!!!" She said We started walking to the mosque as i told her all that happened in his office
We finished the last lectures which was biochemistry and it was already 6:00pm and bala was already waiting for me i bid my farewell to Asiya and we left.
We were eating dinner with my mum and dad, dad came home early today "Yauwa daddy when will i start driving myself to school?"i asked They looked at me surprised "Bala baya zuwa daukan ki da wuri ne?" My mum asked Looking too concerned. "Noooo ba haka bane, its just that i stress him alot" i said "Is he complaining?" My dad asked "Noo dad, i just asked because you promised me that when i start college i can start driving myself to anywhere i want" i said pouting "I will think about it" my dad said
We took a very long time gisting downstairs before i decided to call it a night because it was already to 12.
Mubarak I really wanted to ask her if she was okay, like I wanted is to have a genuine conversation but i blew it up i know.
I was mean to her because i could see the sadness in her eyes, but Atleast we do speak now i said smiling "Get a hold of yourself" i told myself
I have no idea what that girl is doing to me, But Atleast its a good feeling i told myself I slept off thinking about her tonight

The week went fast like the snap of a finger It was already Friday and i was meant to write my test later that day.
"Good luck" Mr Mubarak said handing me the paper I was so nervous not because of the test but because i was going to write it alone in his office and he will supervise me. "Whatever" my mind said as I started writing
The test was weirdly easy so I finished and handed him the script "Good day sir" i said as I picked my bag and left his office 😅 finally I said as I entered the car and we drove off Already Asiya had some plans so she had to leave school earlier today.
