You looked around the luxurious club filled with expensive velvet furniture and individual private seating areas. The atmosphere was buzzing with electricity and energy as you gazed down from your spot on the second floor, watching everyone dance. The multicolored lights flashed in time with the beat of the music as the crowd mingled.

"Here you go, baby." The sound of Yoongi's voice was right by your ear.
He was holding two drinks, extending his arm to hand you one of them.
"I got you your favorite." His eyes met yours, a small smile on his lips. "Let's go sit down."
You followed him to one of the private seating areas, sliding into the booth.
You and Yoongi were the type of couple that would rather stay home and eat takeout than go to some luxurious club. However, the both of you decided to try something new and step out of your comfort zone, so there you two were, doing just that.

"Are you having fun?" Yoongi asked.
You shrugged. "It's nice, but I'd rather be home if I'm being honest."
"Me too." He nodded, taking a sip of his drink.
You sat there, tapping your fingers on the table to the music coursing through the club, watching the different groups, individuals, and couples pass by. Little by little, your drinks were finished off, leaving empty glasses. You absentmindedly traced the rim, wondering if it was too early to go home.
Yoongi spared a glance towards the lower level. "You wanna go dance?" He asked out of nowhere.
"You're asking me to dance?"
"Yeah, why not." He shrugged. "We could try and have some fun. That way I won't feel like this night was wasted."
"Fair enough. Let's go."

You abandoned your table and made your way to the dance floor, Yoongi making sure to keep a tight hold on your hand until you made it to the middle of the crowd. He released you and moved his hand to your waist, pulling you close to him.
"I hate to say this, especially since I agreed to it, but I can't dance." You admitted.
"Me either. Just do whatever feels right." He spoke nonchalantly, not worried at all about his supposed lack of skill.
Your arms slid around Yoongi's neck and you started swaying your hips to the music, doing the bare minimum, which seemed to work just fine judging by the smirk on your boyfriend's face as his dark eyes drank you in.
"That's it, baby." He whispered lowly in your ear, sending a shiver down your spine and a rush of butterflies to your stomach.
His words ignited a flame in your gut and on your cheeks, but also gave you a bit of a confidence boost.
It didn't take long for you both to let go of your inhibitions and start properly dancing, getting lost in the music. It felt like you were the only people on the dance floor as you jumped to the music blaring loudly, the bass thumping in your chests.

After a few songs, Yoongi pulled you off to the side of the room, away from the crowd, both of you huffing to catch your breaths. He pushed his lengthy damp hair back away from his forehead that glistened with a faint sheen of sweat.
"That was actually fun." You beamed, excitement and adrenaline still coursing through you.
"I'm gonna go get us some drinks, okay?"
"Sounds good. I'll be right here."
You watched him head off towards the bar. It became more difficult to keep any eye on him due to the dim lighting, but you could see that he was talking to the bartender, most likely placing an order. He glanced back in your direction and winked, your cheeks warming as you bit your bottom lip, averting your gaze to your feet.
