"(Y/N) Why did you call me?!" My best friend Michael yells

"Because you're great!" I smile

"Whatever I want pizza" he huffs and grabs the phone off the counter

After ordering the pizza he sits on the couch

"(Y/N) I have to tell you something important" he gulps

"What is it Mikey?" I say over dramatically

He takes a deep breath "I love you.. I've loved since we were about 13 and I'm sorry I kept it from you but I was scared of rejection and I just.. I love you" he says all in one breath

I sit there shocked "Mikey, I love you too" I smile

He grins back and starts leaning in but I stop him by putting my hands on his chest

"Whoa there, I don't love you like that bro" I say seriously

Or maybe not because soon after I start laughing at his frightened expression

"Yo-your f-face was pri-priceless" I say in between laughs making him pout. I quickly stop laughing "I'm just kidding Michael, I do love you" I smile and start to lean in

But before our lips touch he pushes me off the couch and runs out of the back door

I get off the floor and walk to the front door to wait for the pizza luckily the pizza guy walks up once I open the door

"That will be 14.37" he says

I walk to the kitchen and grab Mikey's wallet pulling out the money and handing it to the guy

"Thanks" I say and walk to the living room and eat my pizza and wondering

'Where the hell did Mikey go?'
