|The Affair|

After hearing the click I pull away to see a beaten and bloodied Alex behind Harry with a gun pointed to his head. [A/N Cliché I know, but please don't judge]

My heartbeat speeds up and turn my head to look up at Harry. He has his eyes closed and his eyebrows are scrunched in anger. His eyes snap open to meet mine and he gives me a small reassuring glance before he shuts them once more. He taps my hip and mouths 'go'. I oblige and move out from in front of him.

Alex snaps his gaze towards me and smirks evilly "Where do you think you're going?"

"Please Alex just stop!" I plead tears threatening to spill

"Why? So he can take you away from me? I'm not losing you" he shouts

"You already did" I whisper looking at my feet "Harry makes me feel things I don't feel with you, he actually cares about me which is something you never did. Harry does things for me and you don't. Harry loves me and I love him but you don't love me. You never did."

"No!" He screams "I do! I do love you!" He wipes his face with his free hand and Harry takes that as his chance and he turns around and grabs Alex's wrist. He pulls the gun from his hand and throws it across the yard. I breathe out a sigh of relief as I see Harry tackle Alex to the ground and yell for me to get into the car.

I quickly scramble [Some eggs jk] to get into the car and put on my seatbelt. Harry enters quickly after me and quickly turns on the car and races out of the driveway

"Holy shit!" He laughs

"Why the hell are you laughing?" I yell

"I don't really know babe" he shrugs

I just shake my head and lean my head against the seat. I feel Harry grab my hand and press a light kiss to the back of my hand "You're all mine now baby"

"That's the way it should have always been"

"I love you" he whispers

"I love you way more Harry" I whisper back

"Why are we whispering?" he whispers with a giggle

"I don't know you started it"

"Oh well let's stop that, I say we leave England and go back home" he smiles lightly

"That's sounds perfect" I grin

And that's exactly what we did. We moved back home and finally had a relationship that we have always wanted. We ended up getting married a little while after we moved back. The wedding was amazing, it was on the beach and let's just say I shouldn't have worn white but I just had to. Harry is honestly the best thing that I could ever have asked for and a little word of advice:

'If you fall in love with two people, always choose the second, because if you really were in love with the first one, you wouldn't have fallen in love with the second.'

It took me way too long to realize that but I plan on spending my while life making it up to the real love of my life...
