Chapter 24: Fallen

Belle was trying so hard to hide her grin. At the corner of her eyes, she kept on stealing glances at Keun Suk Oppa. He looked so cute at that moment. He was very quiet, so serious and in a daze. He would suddenly pout and furrow his brows or a smirk would suddenly appear in his lips. It made her wonder what could he be thinking that's making him mad and sad. He looks so scary but she wasn't afraid rather she finds it very amusing, the emotions he was showing.

She just couldn't believe what Keun Suk Oppa did earlier at dinner. He just suddenly took her phone and saw what she was looking at. As much as his action surprised her, something unbelievable surprised her even more. 

Before she came to Japan, she only knew a few Korean stars and among all of them, Park Hyung Sik was her favorite. She even dreamed of going to Korea and meeting him personally. Not a day would pass when she won't look at her phone and stalk him in his SNS accounts but alas, something has changed and that gave her a big shock. 

For the first time that day she opened her phone to look at Hyung Sik skiing and smiling but something has change. Her heart didn't skipped a beat like how it used to. What's more surprising was for the entire day, he didn't even cross her mind. Its like a new different emotion has completely surpassed the feelings she had for Hyung Sik before.

She glanced at Keun Suk Oppa again. He was still walking in the snow, absentmindedly. He kept on pouting every now and then and with that her heart felt like it did a somersault. There is really something wrong with her. She shook her head.

Together they climbed the mountain slope, both lost in thought when suddenly a girl came, screaming her lungs out. She looked like a beginner and she couldn't control her ski.

A smile appeared on her lips. Talk about dejavu... I used to be like that too. She was shocked at what she had thought. I was like that too!? Right, with Keun suk Oppa. 

She was remembering the time she was skiing down that mountain and she was screaming so hard, she was so afraid her knees were shaking literally. Then a big grin appeared on her lips.

She was about to pass her when on instinct she grabbed the girl's hand to make her stop but unfortunately she was so fast she got pulled in and both off them came rolling down the mountain. When they stopped, she felt her head hit something. She feel light headed all of a sudden. Keun Suk Oppa rushed towards her, his face was pale like all blood were sucked out of him and he looked so worried.

"Belle! Belle! Are you alright? Shxt... You're bleeding..." he kept on cursing. Next thing she knew, she was fooating and he was carrying her in a bridal style.

Belle once again found herself inside the clinic of the resort. The doctor gave her a very knowing smile while cleaning her wound and applying some bandage. He even teased her for coming back to his clinic.

Keun Suk Oppa however was so mad. He won't talk to her, even when they were alone sitting at the bench they sat last night.

"Why did you do that? Did you know how worried I was at you?"

She couldn't hide her giggle.

"It's not funny," he snapped at her.

"Sorry, I just found it very familiar. Felt like I've heard it somewhere before. Sorry," she said. He looked taken aback at what she said.

"Do you... Do you remember something?" he asked.

"Yes, I do..." he gasped but didn't say a word. He just looked at her. "I remember my friends. We were in college. Yes that right." Her eyes narrowed, trying her best to remember. "Yeah, Yeah!" she screamed all of a sudden. "I remember now. We took the same University. I remember Tanya and Abby would often wait for me at the lobby while my class was still on going, then after class we'd go hang out at the nearest mall. Oh I remember Abby's first heartache too... how we wanted to burn that man alive... ha ha ha..." she continued biting her lips. "Oh my gosh... Oppa" she looked at him her eyes brimming with tears.
