The Sky and You

Chapter 1: The First Meeting

"Woowww! Tokyoooooooo!!!" Belle found herself laughing at her friends. Tanya and Abby can't help themselves from taking pictures and selfies and screaming like they're the only tourist there. Well, she can't blame them for Tokyo Tower really has a breathtaking view. The sky is clear and the view of Mount Fuji was marvelous.

A little earlier, she couldn't enjoy the view so much. Her head was cracking and she could feel her stomach turning upside down.

Where's the sun? She thought of when she looked at the man wearing a beige coat and black cap, he was sitting on one of the benches and it was making her wonder why keep his get up when they are already inside the deck; he was still covered from head to foot.

Unconcsiously, she wrinkled her nose when she remembered his smell. Actually, he smelled really nice and he look handsome too. How did she know? Well, she was next to him inside the elevator. He was so tall and has a very beautiful smile. His lips has a very nice curve and resembles that of her super crush korean star Jang Keun Suk that is why she was able to say he is handsome.

Unfortunately, she wasn't able to handle his perfume. She blames it on the air freshener of the bus they rode on the way to the tower. She felt sick because of it and since then her nose became very sensitive. She felt like dying inside the lift and all she prayed was for door to open.

Belle didn't allow the incident to ruin their trip though. The tower was just the beginning of their Japan adventure. It was her dream vacation and it took a long time to make it, so she will enjoy it and make the best memories of it with her favorite people.

Japan for her is paradise. If given a chance she will not go back to the Philippines for it has everything she wanted - the food, the sceneries, cute stuff, nice people and most of all anime. Her eyes can't focus on one thing.

Wherever she look there is anime, from her favorites to her least favorites, to cute mascots and even cosplayers, she couldn't have enough. She even feel like an idiot, smiling and laughing all by herself. Her friends tried pretending they don't know her when they went into Tokyo One Piece Tower, since she looked like she finally lost all her right senses and finally went crazy. Ha ha ha.

Next few days were spent visiting different places. They went to pray on temples, picture taking on tourist spots, window shopping on malls and famous shopping districts, wallow on hot baths, and most of all, enjoy the long lines of street foods.

At night even with the very cold weather, they can't help themselves but enjoy the different illuminations like the Tokyo Skytree or wander around the streets that is already dressed for the Christmas season.

At Shibuya, the first thing to do is visit AP Shop. For eels like her, there is no other place to be other than AP Shop, where she can look at her Oppa's huge billboard outside, go crazy over the cute stickers and other wonderful items sold at the shop and eat delicious food at Zikzin café. She also tried doing her nails at Zikzin Nail Salon even though she wasn't used to having her nails done by other people. Her friends ofcourse accompanied her, for moral support. Ha ha ha

After pampering herself, she felt like she went bankrupt in the few hours she stayed at AP Shop, but she was still very happy for in her arms, she was carrying her treasures. Treasures only a fan would know the real value. It doesn't matter if she goes bankrupt or people thinks she bought useless stuff cause for her the happiness it brought to her heart is priceless.

Belle could feel her smile reaching her ears when at the famous intersection of Shibuya a surprise awaits her. A big electronic billboard was showing an ad for a local drink with the Strawhats. She was so happy that moment she felt like she grew wings and she wanted to fly.

"Belle, let's go, it's really cold. I think it's going to snow tonight," her friends told her. But she was determined to take a video of the ad and see it a couple more times, so she gave her shopping bags to them and let them go back to the hotel without her.

Belle doesn't like the cold and the weather of Japan is torture but because of her favorite animes, she decided to accept the trembling feeling with an open heart. She is more than willing to suffer for her favorites. With her lips bitten, shaking from the cold, she tried her best to get a very nice video of the ad. She was so happy she couldn't contain her grin anymore.

After awhile, she started her way back to the hotel. The temperature seemed to have dropped tremendously that evening, she was so cold and wanted to snuggle in her bed but another surprise was waiting for her on her way back.

A huge billboard in front of a shopping mall got her attention. Her hands automatically found their way to her lips and if its possible for her eyes to pop out of her face, it might have happened that moment. She held her breath. She really couldn't believe her eyes. It wasn't just an ordinary billboard. It was so beautiful, -no scratch that, it was so handsome. The billboard has a very handsome face of Jang Keun Suk and she can't help falling in love.

"Keun Suk Oppa... jalsaenggyeotta," she whispered.

Her heart is beating so fast. She couldn't help but smile. When it comes to Jang Keun Suk, she becomes irrational, she couldn't explain anything. All she know is one day, she just found herself falling inlove with him and she was happy about loving him.

Click, click, click. It was just the same photo, the same smile, same enticing looks in his eyes, same angle but its as if her hands have a mind od their own and it won't stop clicking on her camera.

On a small signboard next to the entrance, she saw a poster of Keun Suk Oppa and it made her smile even wider. She took a picture of it then waved as if the smiling Oppa will wave back at her. But she doesn't mind. She may look like a fool in front of other people but she doesn't care at all.

She looked at the billboard again and continuously admired her handsome Oppa. She could stand there for the rest of her life if it means she will be able to see him every single day. She wasn't sure if it's because of the freezing weather that her mind seemed to have stopped working properly and she's thinking of crazy things again.

She was so cold and shaking and though in her heart she feels warm, it still didn't stop her from sneezing. Once, twice... Achoo! ACHOO!!

Then snow started falling from the sky. Belle have never seen snow before and that moment was just so beautiful, she was so happy when she caught her first snow in her palm. It was so cold and it was so amazing... but for the third time, "Achoo," she sneezed.

Belle felt something was placed on top of her head and a figure suddenly appeared in front of her. Who's this? She asked in her head. The man in front of her was so tall she had to look up to him. He was wearing a mask but his eyes seemed so familiar. There is something with the man standing in front of her that she can't seem to explain.

She looked at the man with a crease on her forehead. Then she sneezed so hard it made him laugh at her so much. She bowed her head and excused herself but it made her think about it. He had a very familiar laugh. It was so familiar she had a feeling she had heard of it many times.

Suddenly, she held her breath when she remembered something. The face of the man whose laugh is so familiar is becoming clearer in her head. Her eyes were so wide and her hands clasped on her lips again for she couldn't believe it. He slowly took off his mask and gave her a very beautiful smile.

As the snow continued to fall, her tears started falling as well. She couldn't speak, she couldn't even breathe. However her tears were showing what she was feeling at that moment. They were falling endlessly. She doesn't know if she was dreaming but if it was a dream then it is the most beautiful dream she had so far, for the man she have always wanted to meet was standing right there in front of her.

"Keun Suk Oppa..." she said.
