Chapter 20: The Calm Before the Storm

"Belle," Kurt called out and Belle who was admiring the moon that's shining down on the ocean looked at him. Its shine reflected and its like a thousand diamond are shining on the waters. No wonder Belle was enticed with its beauty but thinking about it, for him Belle is such a rare jewel much more precious than any diamonds.

Belle turned around, a smile appeared on her lips as she looked at him. It was so sweet and so warm its making his heart beat in a crazy way.

"Happy Birthday BB Oppa," she said smiling as brightly as the moon behind her its blinding his heart.

He went and ruffled her hair and her smile turned into a frown while she straightened her hair.

A little earlier, after dinner, he noticed that Keun Suk and Belle were gone. Kwang Soo said that Keun Suk had already kidnapped his princess and left them all by themselves. They decided to go back to the resort and continue the fun there. They were all playing games and when Keun Suk finally came back they already have red marks on their faces especially Han Sung and Kwang Soo who kept on loosing their card games.

Belle and her friends didn't join them. They called it a night and went to their rooms to rest. The room was filled with laughters but in his heart he somewhat wanted to see Belle laughing with them as well, even if she would be sitting by Keun Suk's side. That would have been fine with him as long as he can see her smile its more than enough after all a few more minutes and its his birthday. He is turning older again, old enough not to think of such immature things but he couldn't help it. Belle has just become a special person in his heart and he couldn't help it.

However, a few minutes before midnight, Belle came into the room and suddenly, with a smile on her lips blindfolded him. When everything went black all he could hear is the cheering of his friends. Two hands guided him but all his attention was on his left hand for he know and he could feel it, it was Belle's hand and he was clinging to her as if his life depended on it.

The blindfold was taken off but the room was so dark he still coudn't see but he was ok, for Belle was still holding his hands and its so warm, it felt so comfortable. If it's a sin to love her could he sin even more?

Boom Boom! two consecutive loud cracking sound and the lights suddenly turned on. He squinted his eyes and a 2 layer cake with his face on top was right infront of his face. Han Sung who was carrying the cake was grinning widely as well as Kwang Soo who was standing by his right. They all were wearing a grin on their faces.

Another loud bang and the confetti started falling and his friends started greeting him. Keun Suk who was holding a party popper, went to his side and popped it infront of him. Tanya who was holding the camera was laughing on the side even Abby was picking up the confetti and showered it to him. Gun sama went to him and placed an icing on his face and the others followed. Everyone was laughing so hard it was so much fun.

"I didn't know you had something prepared here. I was totally surprised. Thank you," he told her with a smirk on his face.

"Are you really thankful Oppa? Why does it seem like you were teasing me?"

"Ofcourse not. I'm serious here," he said looking at the room again. His room has been decorated with large balloons tied on the posterbed and a Happy Birthday BB foil balloon and banner were stuck on the wall. Gifts were arranged on his bed and on the center table are delicious foods and cake prepared by Tanya.

His and her friends were all sprawled on the floor eating, drinking and laughing their heart out.

"You should thank Tanya. She had the cake and food prepared the whole day that's why she wasn't able to come with us."
