Caleb's POV:

I let out a low grunt as I squinted my eyes to see the sun's bright light illuminating one side of my room.

I shifted to the other side so I was faced away from the window, where the sun light came in.

Rubbing my eyes, I go reach for my phone.

I take a quick look of the time.

7:18am

hhhh too early-

I placed it back on the nightstand and started to fall back asleep.

When I was about to go to a deep sleep, My phone vibrated violently.

I groaned annoyance.

Who the hell is calling me at such an ungodly hour?!

I picked up my phone and pressed decline without even looking at the caller ID.

But before I could even put my phone back, it vibrated again.

I sighed angrily and decided to just answer it, still not looking who it was.

"What?" I said very grumpily.

I heard shifting in the other side.

"Uh, Bro?"

I got less grumpier when I realized who it was and grew concerned because of her tone of voice.

"Oh, Hey sis, What's up? Something wrong?" I said groggily, rubbing my eyes.

I heard her shift from the other side.

She seems restless-

"I'm fine." She said, but it didn't really reassure me.

I go sit up on my bed. "What's wrong? You want me to pick you up or-"

She quickly cut me off. "No, no, no. I'm fine, really."

I sighed. What's wrong then? "Okay.."

"Yeah, okay. Hey, bro, I just wanted to ask a favor, I know you were sleeping but I just really need it here right now.. If it's okay with you?" She said in a tiny voice.

"Sure, what is it?" I asked, already getting up.

"C-can you get t-that pink chest that's under my bed and bring it here? p-please?.."

I stretched my arms a bit while yawning loudly.

"Okay, sure. I'll bring it."

I didn't bother asking what was even in the chest because I was too tired.

And I kinda respect her privacy.

I go out of my room and headed towards her's.

When I got inside, I looked under her bed to see a sticker invested chest.

Like seriously, it had hello kitty stickers all over it.

I went to go grab it and bring it up onto the bed.

It was pretty light actually, I was expecting it to be a little bit heavier.

"Found it. Why does it have so many stickers all over it though?" I asked, genuinely curious.

I involuntarily tried to open it but it was locked.

Looked like it needed a key to be opened.

"Oh, uhm. When I bought that to my friend's house her niece decorated it with those.." She said, sounding unsure.
