Shawn Mendes
"Shawn can I talk to you for a minute?" Andrew said as we arrived at my favourite ice rink. I looked up and saw that my parents were standing with him. I looked over my shoulder and saw Faith just come out of the toilet. I already knew what was going to come. Part of me didn't care, but the other part didn't want to fuck anything up this close to the tour.
I walked over slowly and hugged both of my parents and asked how they were before standing tall in front of him.
"Think you know what I'm wanting to talk about" he said.
"I don't see why this is such a big deal" Mom said and I smiled.
"Shawn you need to stop this" Andrew said and nodded to where she sat down in the stands. "I'm being flooded with photos of this afternoon and s necklace you gave her. Shawn I've said it before and I'm saying it again. She's too young and she wouldn't do anything to raise the image. In fact some fans will get pissed off about her, especially after this necklace thing, what's that all about?" Andrew ranted and I couldn't help but roll my eyes.

"It's her birthday today. She's eighteen" I said and almost felt smug as his face changed from anger to a more neutral look.
"What about your image?" He asked and I shrugged.
"She doesn't need to be a model or anyone famous. She's nice. She would do anything to support me and the team" I argued.
"I'm still not sure"
"Andrew she's not my girlfriend and we're leaving each other in less than a week" I said and rolled my eyes again. He nodded and sauntered away.
"She looks lovely Shawn" Mum said and we all looked over to where she was sat, Aaliyah had now joined her, and I smiled as they laughed together.
"She is. I gave her a ticket to my last show in London and the necklace was for her birthday it's a little locket with a photo from set" I smiled.
"You softie" dad laughed nudging my arm.
"Leave him alone" Mom smiled and nudged him. "You must like her though, if you gave her a ticket I'm guessing it's to see her again?"
I nodded and smiled.
"Yeah it is. Come on then" I smiled and nodded towards thee girls. "Might as well meet her"

We all walked towards them and Faith stood up as we got closer.
"This is my Mom and Dad" I said to her and not to my surprise Mom hugged her quickly and Faith shook my dad's hand.
"Its lovely to meet you" She smiled.
"It's nice to hear a British accent" Mom laughed and she shrugged. "So tell us about you"
"Well, I'm from a tiny town in Kent. I love to read and sing. Oh and I dance as well"
"What kind of dance?" Aaliyah asked.
"Every type you could think of" she giggled. "I've been doing it since I was about three years old" she continued.
"Are you in school?" Dad asked and again she nodded. "Do you have any idea what you want to do?"
"I want to go into criminal law and be a barrister or a solicitor or criminologist" She explained and I could see that Dad was impressed. So was I.
"I didn't know that." I smiled and put my arm round her shoulders.
"You never asked" she smiled and hugged my waist. "I'm small compared to all of you" she laughed and caused everyone else to laugh with her.
"I want to hear you sing" I said and smiled down at her. I saw her eyes go wide.
"No. I only really sing in my room and local theatre" she blushed.
"I still want to hear"
"Guys were going to get going now" Tom said and we both nodded heading down to the ice.

"Shawn I can't do it" she pouted as we both stepped into the rink.
I held my hands out and she grabbed them quickly and as her feet slid about she clung onto my upper arms.
"You actually have to move your feet" I laughed and I noticed the cameras rolling.
"How?" She laughed still clinging on.
"Just push off them" I shrugged and she looked into my eyes.
"You're not a good teacher" she said and we both couldn't help but laugh. "I look like Bambi" she laughed.
"Right hold onto the side for a minute" I said and she latched her hands onto the rail. "Watch" I told her and skated off slowly.
After a lap I came back to her and took one of her hands in mine. She held on tight but actually started to skate with me.
"There you go!" I said and we started to move together.
As we came to the corner I held onto her tight. She let out a shriek as she tried to turn. As she was sliding all over the place I grabbed her waist and skated to the side. She fell onto me and I tried to keep her up as she wrapped her arms around my neck.

I looked down as she looked up with those wide  eyes and a little smile and she stole me. I was all in her.
I leaned my head down and kissed her lightly, but as soon as I felt her feet sliding I had to pull away.
"You're so bad at this." I smiled.
"Shut up" she pouted.
"Right we're moving on. We've got a bit of a drive. So let's get going" Andrew shouted.

"Are you coming with us?" I asked my family but they shook their heads.
"We'll see you when you get back." Mom said and I nodded hugging them all.
"You can drive with me then" i said and nudged Faith who nodded.

"Where are we going?" She asked.
"There's a little beach and park a bit of a drive from here" I told her.
"Seriously? I didn't know there were any beaches around Toronto" she said and I nodded. "You ok? You're quiet" she said and I nodded.
"I'm ok" I said. But I wasn't ok. In the back of my mind all I could think about was the fact that this was our last time filming, and I was going to miss it, and her.
