Shawn Mendes
"Can you stop her following me please?"
"Following you?! I don't even know who you are!"

Today was not my day.
I was out last night and had to get up this early to meet with the team and a girl about the new music video. Even though I told them whoever they got and whatever ideas they had I would be fine with.
Dad insisted we came to the meeting. I love doing what I do but I was tired and I knew I wasn't in the best mood which is never good for fans who might recognise me. I always wanted to be on my best for them.
And now I'm sat on a train next to a girl who's music is way too loud. I mean she was listening to my music, but she's going to get ear damage with the volume she's listening it to.

I decided to discretely take in her appearance and I couldn't help but notice that we were wearing practically the same outfit. It complemented her blonde hair. Something about her seemed familiar. Then again, I've met so many people and so many fans that a lot of teenage girls start to look familiar.

I swear her music had gotten louder over the course of the train journey, and it was tearing at my patience.
"Excuse me?" I said touching her shoulder lightly. She took out a headphone and looked up at me. "I can hear your music through your headphones"
"Oh. Sorry" she said timidly and I noticed a blush appear on her cheeks.
I felt bad as she shifted awkwardly in her seat, as if she were trying to get as far away from me as possible. She was obviously not from round here and was most likely lost. I wanted to apologise and explain that I was just having an off day. But by the time I had made up my mind to say something, the train had come to a stop and she was already getting out of her seat ready to step into the platform.
I stood up and walked to stand behind her as it was my stop as well.

I noticed her glance over her shoulder at me and again I wondered if I should apologise to her. No. The moments passed. I'll never see her again, so even though I felt bad it wouldn't matter.

As I walked out of the station and met up with Jake, I felt so tired it was unreal.
"Do you want to go and get coffee?" Jake asked and I couldn't have been more grateful for that suggestion.
"Yeah. Man I really need it" I said trying to smile.
"I think there's a coffee shop just opposite the building" Jake said as we started walking. "Has anyone recognised you yet"
"No."
"You are not in a good mood today" he laughed and I couldn't help but roll my eyes behind my sunglasses.

"What?" I heard from behind me and I recognised that voice. I turned slowly and saw the girl from the train. Was she following me? Did she know who I was?
We walked along further and turned down side roads and still she followed close behind. I think she was following me.
I decided that I would just shake it off and continued walking, I wasn't in the mood to confront her about it, it would just come out ruder than I intended it to be.
We continued walking the city streets and came to the Starbucks across the road from our office.
"Usual?" Jake said and I nodded as he took our order. I took out my phone and started liking random photos on Instagram, and noticed the sound of the door opening and closing.

"Yes mum, no I'm getting a drink before I go in" It was that voice again. "I'll talk to you later. Ok bye" she sighed and looked up at the drinks board and something just clicked in me.
"You're following me" I said making her head snap round to me.
"Excuse me?" She said looking shocked.
"You're following me. Each time we've turned down a street you've been following me" I said and her cheeks flushed red.
"You ok?" Jake said and I looked back at him.
"Can you stop her following me please?" I sighed and he nodded.
"Following you?! I don't even know who you are!" She said and I thought I saw tears appear in her eyes.
She didn't bother to stay and walked quickly away from the scene.

"Well now I feel awful" I said putting my hand against my cheek.
"Don't worry about it. She's not going to be anyone that could ruin you is she?" Jake said and I nodded sighing, before grabbing my drink.
We walked across the road into the office and I took a deep breath as I walked up to the floor we were meeting on.
"She's already here" Andrew said as we stood just outside the room. "What's with the get up disguise?"
"I'm not having a great day" I said trying to smile.
"I can see that already. But just take a breather be your usual self man. She's nice. She's a bit shy but she's nice" he said and I nodded. "And she's British, but you saw her tape didn't you?"
I nodded and something clicked in my mind.

He opened the door and she was sat at the large table on her own. She looked up and rose out of her chair.  As I saw who it was I felt awful.
"Train girl?"

 "Train girl?"
