*Arizona*

My day hasn't started off great at all. I had to tell one of my patients parents that her son had cancer. I've been in this situation before at other hospitals but this one felt different. You could see the raw emotion from the parents and they had a very large amount of trust in their doctors. What made it worse was that half of the other doctors on this case can already tell that this is terminal and the chances of this boy surviving are very low.

On a brighter note, I have a date with the gorgeous Calliope Torres! Was was I going to wear? Where was she even taking me? I decided to keep my short, red dress and heels in the back of my car.

"Ava, your Aunt Teddy is gonna pick you up and watch you at home tonight because Mommy is going somewhere."

"Are you going with someone?" She grins.

"Maybe, maybe not." This was really my daughter.

"Mkay." She hugs my leg and runs into the daycare to talk to one of her friends.

The girl she was talking to was next to the one and only Callie Torres.

"Callie?" I say aloud.

"Arizona? What are you doing here?" She seems frantic.

"Well I am in a daycare so I'm dropping off my kid, is that-"

"I'll see you later Arizona." She cut me off and ran out of the room. I tried to follow her but she was already up and around the corner.

What the hell was that about? I wasn't gonna think too hard about that and just get ready for our date tonight.

I had made my rounds and there was still 3 hours until my date. I went to the attending's lounge and laid out on the couch to "rest my eyes". I soon fell asleep.

"Wake up love." I heard a familiar voice and felt someone rubbing my shoulder.

"Mhmm."

"Good morning baby, how'd you sleep?" She kissed my forehead.

"Amazing, how about you?" I rolled over to see a gorgeous Callie and it was nothing but water and sand outside the window.

"Callie, where are we?" I ask sitting up immediately.

"So our love last night caused you to forget where we are? I'm impressed, we are on our honeymoon baby." She grabs my hand and locks it into her when I see our wedding rings.

"Where are the kids?" I cuddled back into her.

"Ava, Sofia, Braydon, and Elijah are all with Meredith." She plays with the ends of my hair.

"I love you Calliope Robbins Torres."

"I love you too Arizona Robbins Torres." I could hear her smiling in her voice.

"Do we have to get up? Can we call in breakfast or something?"

"We can stay for a little while longer." She rans her hands up and down my body.

"That feels really nice."

"You want to feel even better?" She whispers in my ear.

"How could I say no to that?"

I sat up immediately to see that I was still in the attending's lounge and I wasn't next to Callie. I was back in my reality where I tell people's parents that their child has cancer. I was dreaming about her and I in the future. I looked at the clock and saw that Callie would be picking me up in exactly 29 minutes. A part of me really wanted to reschedule.

I put my stuff in the closet and started to get undressed. I had my hair up and curled all day and I was finally letting it down.

My phone buzzed and it was a texted from "Callie ❤️" it read I finished a little early, where are you? I told her where I was but not to come in because I was still half naked.

The dress fit me well and I was pretty satisfied with how I looked.

I opened the door to see a very sexy Callie.

"Callie, you look, wow." I was lost for words.

She was wearing an off the shoulder black dress that fit her well and came up midway down her thigh, there was a nice view of her chest too.

"You look breathtaking, ready to go?" She asks.

"Always." I tried my best to seem as happy as possible.

We walked out of the hospital arm and arm.

"What about your car?" She asks.

"My friend Teddy is gonna drive it back to my house." I explain. It was nice that she cared about the little things, it made my day slightly better.

Her hand rested on my bare thigh throughout the whole car ride. I didn't feel good right now at all but it had nothing to do with Callie.

"I'm sorry but I really have to ask, where are you taking me?" I asked.

"It's a surprise."

"Right now I don't need any more surprises so can you please take me to a bar or something?" I was not in the mood to go anywhere fancy.

"Of course."

She made a sharp U-turn and in about 10 minutes we were at a bar called "Joe's". I remember April telling me about this place and how literally every doctor goes here.

"So how was your day?" I asked as we sat at the bar.

"It was pretty normal, someone came in with a knife lodged into their leg." She says nonchalantly.

"I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not because you'll find anything at that hospital."

"I'm not being sarcastic." She let out a small laugh. She was adorable. "I have to use the restroom, I'll be back in a couple minutes." She says before getting up.

I took it upon myself to order a few shots while she was gone. I really needed to forgot about today.

I looked around and saw a few people that I've heard of. I see Owen and Amelia, then Meredith and Alex.

"Can you be the designated driver?" I ask when I see her coming back.

"Yea, why?"

I took one of the four shots in front of me.

"Um, are you ok?"

"Yea totally." I called over for a waiter to bring me more but Callie said that it was fine.

"Arizona, I've only known you for almost two months but this doesn't seem like you, what's going on?"

"Today I had to tell an 8 year old boys parents that instead of having a small cold which they thought it was, I had to tell them that he basically has terminal cancer." I took another shot.

"I'm so sorry love, I can take you home if you'd like." She grabs my hand across the table in comfort.

"No, that is not what I want at all."

"What do you want, I'll do anything."

"I wanna be with you and these shots." I giggled.

"I think I like drunk Robbins."

"Where is Sofia?"

"With Mark."

"Tell him to bring her to my house, Teddy is there." I have to admit I'm a little jealous of Callie's relationship with Mark even though they aren't a thing, hopefully their not.

"Ok then, I'll text him right now."
