*Callie*

I felt honestly so stupid. How could I let her go for .2 seconds and she always gets taken away to who knows where.

Arizona and a few others had fallen asleep already, some left. My sleeping beauty.

It was 2:38 am and Teddy, Amelia, and I couldn't sleep.

"Explain one more time Callie." Teddy whispers.

"She went to get us drinks and almost got dragged out my someone, I don't know who the guy is but he seems strong because she has bad bruises on her wrist."

"At least she's still here with us ya know." Amelia tries to make light of things.

"I can tell she's not happy, I mean she's happy to be here but inside she's not happy." I say looking down at her sleeping body. My sleeping beauty.

"We should go to sleep." Teddy suggests.

"We tried that an hour ago, look where we are." I say.

7:38 am.

I woke up feeling someone running their fingers down my face and down to my neck. I knew it was Arizona because of her gentle and light touch.

"Good morning love." I say half asleep. She jumps but soon realizes that it's mean, that honestly broke my heart.

"Good morning, go back to sleep, I know you didn't get much." She says softly.

"How'd you know?"

"Hearing, can we get the girls and go home?"

"Of course." I say as she gets up and goes upstairs, I knew nobody else was up there but there was no way I was ever going to leave Arizona again.

We got upstairs and the kids were all awake watching tv.

"Come on babies let's go." I say as Ava and Sofia tell their friends goodbye and run to hug us.

As they walked ahead of us I tried to talk to Arizona but she didn't seem to be listening.

"I want to tell them about our relationship." I blurted out.

"What? We just got together?"

"But it feels like it's been months." I wanted to tell them so bad so we can stop keeping secrets from them.

"Can we please wait."

"Give me a reason please."

She was silent.

"Arizona, I don't want to keep secrets from them." We got into the car and I drove to my house.

"Mommy?" Ava calls from the backseat.

"Yes." Arizona replies.

"No, Mama?" Ava calls out again, was she walking about me?

"Yes?" I hesitated.

"Can we go to your house for the rest of the day?" I looked through the mirror and saw her smiling through her missing teeth.

"Of course baby." I gave Arizona an "I told you so look" and she just rolled her eyes. I want to adopt Ava as my second daughter if I'm being serious, I have so much love for these three girls in this car and I want to show them but I don't know how to.

When we arrived at my house Ava and Sofia ran back into their room and started talking up a storm.

Arizona hadn't talked to me since our previous conversation and I knew it's wasn't going to solve anything.

"She called me her Mama Arizona." I said.

"Callie, can we please not talk about that right now, I don't feel good?"

I picked her up bridal style and headed towards our room.

"Callie put me down!" She waves her arms and kicked her legs trying to get out of my not even strong grip. I had to talk to her one way or another.

I finally laid her on the bed.

"Listen to me, I know what happened and I'm so sorry that it happened and if we could trade spots somehow then I would definitely find a way to make that happen but until then you need to know that we are together." I stopped for a second. "And since we are together you can't just shut down on me, we've been through enough and nothing is getting in the way of us so I would like to tell our kids that we are together."

She grins. "Our kids?"

"If you are ok with that?" I ask.

"Let's go tell them the news then." She gets up and grabs my hand.

When we got into the girls room they were playing toys and coloring.

"Girls, we have some news to tell you guys." Arizona starts.

"What is it?" Sofia asks curiously.

"Well as you can tell your Mommy and I have been hanging out a lot together and we both really like each other so we want to know how would you guys like it if we became one big family?" I waited for a reply.

They looked confused at first and then they both got it in a matter of seconds, smart kids.

"So Ava can be my sister and Arizona can be my mommy?" Sofia asks.

"So Sofia can be my sister and Callie can be my mommy?" Ava asks.

"Yes exactly." I say.

Then Ava and Sofia came to hug Arizona and I. I almost cried at this sight right here.

They let go and went back to what they were doing.

"Can you get me an ice pack from the freezer please?"

Arizona has bruises, how could I forget that? I almost ran to the freezer and grabbed a couple other things to try to treat her bruises.

"I forgot, I'm sorry."

"It's fine, I think we did the right thing, you know telling the kids about us."

"I thought you didn't want to tell the kids?" I was so confused right now.

"Well it's clear that these kids love us and love each other so there is no reason why we shouldn't all be together, and I want to be able to kiss you when they are around because it kills me to have to hide it from them."

"We should go on a trip." I suggest.

She laughs. "What?"

"I'm serious, we should go on a family vacation all four of us."

Then she realized I was being serious. "To where?"

"Disneyland."

"Are you serious?" She asks.

"Yes, I want to go out as a family and do stuff together, we could leave early in the morning and we don't have to leave until the park closes."

"Let's start planning early, how about not tomorrow but the day after tomorrow so we all have enough time to rest up."

"You make me so happy Calliope Torres."

"You make me happy too Arizona Robbins." I lean over to her and kiss her.

I walked over to the record player that I haven't touched in years and pulled out a vinyl. "Jimmie Davis-You Are My Sunshine"

I walked slowly over to her and engulfed her into my arms. I softly sang along and I could feel a tear coming from her eye.

"Can we stay like this for awhile?" She whispers. I nod and gave her a kiss on her forehead.

I was so ready for this family trip.
