*Callie*
Arizona had a miscarriage or Arizona has other kids, but when and why does she think her past is going to change how I view her?
"Arizona, it's fine if you have other kids just tell me so I can meet them." I broke the silence.
"That's the thing." Arizona said almost in a whisper, I was so confused.
"What do you mean that's the thing, do you not want me to meet them?" She was getting confused on what she meant, if she doesn't want me to meet them then what if I can't meet them. "Or is it I can't meet them?" I felt so dumb in this very moment, I knew Arizona too well and I couldn't figure this out about her.
All she could do was nod.
Then I moved from standing in front of my girlfriend to sitting next to my girlfriend with both of my arms wrapped tightly around me, I didn't realize it but a few tears rolled down my cheek as well as Arizona's.
"What was their name?" I ask rubbing my back.
"Arabella, she was Ava's twin sister, my god Callie I'm a murderer, I killed her!"
"No, Arizona Robbins don't you ever say that again ok, you are not a murderer and none of this is your fault, she loves you even if she can't be with you right now, I think we should talk about this another time ok?" I lets go of her and take my thumb to wipe the tears from her beautiful blue eyes.
"I'm sorry for getting so emotional."
"You're human, it happens." Our eyes were now locked. I could see so much love and compassion through her eyes. "Let's go on a date tonight." I suggest.
"Who's gonna watch the kids?"
"Amelia, she loves you and those kids so can you ask her for me, I need to do something." I kissed her forehead before walking out the room.
The girls had moved to the living room and they were playing with a bunch of board games.
"Girls, your Mommy and I are going out tonight so your Aunt Amelia is going to watch you for the night, but I need you girls to do me a favor." They both nodded. "Your Mommy is a little sad right so I need you girls to just go in there, hug her, and tell her that you love her to make her feel better."
"Ok Mama." They both said in unison and walked into the bedroom where Arizona was laying on the bed staring at the ceiling.
The girls both jumped on the bed and wrapped both their bodies around her, Arizona wrapped her arms around them and Sofia says "We love you Mommy." Then Ava follows up with "Yea, we all do."
I quickly took a picture of my new favorite sight and let them have their moment.
Then it hit me, I've never told Arizona about Sofia's father. Surely she's seen it before on medical papers and stuff like that but I never got the chance to actually explain it to her, maybe I could tonight.
I called the restaurant and made the reservation for my date tonight. The girls walked out of the room and I walked back into the room to get dressed.
"You need to get dressed woman, we have to be at the restaurant in 45 minutes." I say going through the closet that we basically shared now. I had a few dresses here which I really don't know how they got here but I didn't question it.
"Why do your clothes take up almost half of my closet?" Arizona asks.
"I think because I come over and my clothes come off and you put them in your closet."
"Good point, is Amelia on her way?" I didn't even bother moving to the bathroom to change to I just changed into my clothes right there. "I can feel your eyes on me."
"You're so beautiful." She comes behind me a zips up my dress.
Just as I turn around to face my girlfriend, the doorbell rings. Arizona let's out a sigh, she was sexually frustrated already.
