*Arizona*

It's our last day here and in a few days Callie should be able to take her boot off.

I woke up this morning in absolute bliss. I got everything off my chest and now that I've forgiven Callie, things couldn't get better.

I knew we had to leave early this morning but I wanted to make sure we ate before we left.

"Wake up pretty lady." I said in her ear.

"Mmm, good morning." She opens her eyes slowly and then smiles at me.

"Throw on something quick so we can eat and get ready to leave." I say getting up.

Zahra and Riley were already downstairs making breakfast.

"You're glowing, that's weird." My sister says before flipping a pancake.

"I know, it feels different."

"What's gotten you so bubbly?" Riley smirks.

"Mind-blowing sex."

"Wow." Riley and Zahra's eyes both grew wide.

Then my phone rang. It was April. APRIL.

"Heyy April." I stepped outside.

"Arizona Nicole Robbins where have you been!" She practically yells through the phone.

"I took a little vacation, Alex is covering everything for me." I tried to stay calm.

"Were you ever gonna tell me, I'm guessing you're with Callie because she's not here either."

"We are leaving my parents lake house in about an hour but things are looking really good for us, I've forgiven her and she knows parts of my past."

"I'm truly happy for you Arizona but that's not why I called." Her voice lingered a little at the end.

"What is it?"

"There's a doctor named Eliza Minnick who's doing a study here."

I haven't seen Eliza in almost 10 years. She won't stop blaming herself for what happened and I've stopped trying to contact her 2 years after the incident.

"Zona, you still there?" April says again.

"Yea, um, sorry."

"It's a lot I know and I know you haven't talked to her in awhile but maybe this is good. It's been almost 10 years."

"I've been ready to talk to her for so long but she won't stop blaming herself, do you know if she's talked to Carina or Teddy?"

"She's talked to Teddy, not Carina."

"I was hoping it would be the other way around but ok, I'm on call til about 8 so I'll see you then?"

"Of course, have fun."

"I will, bye." I hung up and took a deep breath in.

For a year straight all Eliza did was blame herself for what happened to me.

Not once did I blame her. Teddy might've and Carina might've but I never did.

I was ready to face her, it's not like I was facing Robert or going back in that nightclub.

There was a tap on the glass and it caused me to jump. Callie opened the door when I turned around.

"I brought our food out here since it's a pretty day and you're already out here." She sat our plates down on the table. "What do you think about Valentine's Day?"
