*Arizona*

When Callie mentioned marriage I freaked out. Now I'm freaking out even more because Robert knows that she exists and knows that something is going on with me and her.

I haven't thought about getting married again ever since I got divorced. For Callie of course I would but definitely not anytime soon. Maybe now is better than never.

When we arrived at my parents house, it was about 11:30 and everyone had fallen asleep, even Callie who never sleeps. I let them sleep for a good 8 minutes before I woke up Callie and we picked up our daughters. They still had on their matching Minnie Mouse ears and so did Callie and I.

I took out my keys and unlocked the front door. As usual, my parents were awake.

"Hey Mom, we are gonna put the girls up and then we will be right back down." I say taking them to the guest bedroom.

I could tell Callie was nervous because whenever she gets nervous her hand slightly shakes or she plays with her bracelet, sometimes both. She has no clue about what happened before.

"It's going to be fine." I reassured.

"I know, what if I'm not good enough?"

"Oh Callie, you are more than enough and they will love you."

"Do I look ok?" She asks adjusting her clothes.

I fixed her already perfect hair, gave her a quick kiss, and grabbed her hand as we went downstairs.

"I must say, you guys both gave birth to clones, Ava looks just like you and Sofia looks just like you Callie." My mom says. "By the way, it's nice to finally meet you." She says giving Callie a hug.

"The pleasure is all mine." Callie had stopped shaking slightly and was more relaxed.

"So Callie, you're an orthopedic surgeon?" My dad asks.

"Yes, I love it and I love the hospital." She says now reaching over for her bracelet but I stopped her by grabbing her hand.

"Where are you from Callie?" He asks.

"León, Mexico." She states proudly, even I didn't know where she was from but I assumed she was Hispanic.

"How old is Sofia?" He asks. Even I was getting tired of his asking questions.

"She's the same age as Ava, they are both 9, can you please stop asking questions?" I tried not to sound rude. Callie gives me an "I'm ok" look and I give her a "He's asking too many questions look" and then she gives me a "I really wanna rip your clothes off look" and I give her a "My parents are right there look".

"I love how you guys can have a conversation just with looks." My mom smiles.

"Yea, so do I." Callie lets out the most gorgeous smile ever.

"Well I made German chocolate truffles if you guys want some but you two should probably get some rest." My mom says walking back into the kitchen and opening the refrigerator.

I love my mom's German chocolate truffles and Callie sure wasn't getting any of these. I jumped up from the couch and stuffed one of the truffles in my mouth. I got some for Callie and I, kissed my mom goodnight and dragged Callie back upstairs with me.

I turned on Netflix and put on a movie. We cuddled up together with a blanket around us because of how cold my childhood home was.

"Can I have one before you eat them all?" Callie raises her eyebrow.

"Let me feed you."

"Fine." She turns her head to me and opens her mouth. "Mmm, this is so good." She moans in pleasure and reaches for another one, I swatted her hand away.

"Ok no, you're giving me more." She says reaching again.

"I'll have to feed them to you."

"Well then feed me because those are delicious, why don't you ever make any?"

"I don't know, when do you want some?" I ask feeding her another truffle, there was one left and we both were too comfortable to move.

"My birthday."

Even though she never actually told me her birthday, she has friends who talk a lot. Her birthday was January 10th and I had no clue what to get her.

"January 10th?" I ask.

"How'd you know?"

"People talk." I cuddled into her more and rested my hand on her thigh slowly moving it up and now until I reached my destination and kept it there.

"Arizona, we are at your parents house." She whispers.

"I'm not even doing anything."

"Hmm, sure."

the next morning

Last night we didn't go to sleep until about 1 am and Callie and I were extremely tired.

I woke up first and just admired this beautiful woman in front of me. She was really all I needed besides Ava and Sofia. I brought my hand to her face and caressed it. She smiled and that's when I knew she was awake.

"Is that bacon I smell?" She says.

"Sure is, do you want to get up?"

She wraps her arm around my waist. "I think we should wait a little longer."
